    摘要: A suction throttle valve of a compressor has a compressor housing having a suction chamber and a crank chamber. The suction throttle valve includes a suction passage formed in the housing, a suction port provided at an inlet of the suction passage, a valve body movably arranged in the suction passage for adjusting opening of the suction passage, an urging member for urging the valve body toward the suction port, and a valve chamber provided in the suction passage. Refrigerant is drawn into the suction passage through the suction port and then received in the suction chamber. A first communication hole is formed through the housing, through which the valve chamber and the suction chamber are in constant communication with each other. A second communication hole is formed through the housing, through which the valve chamber and the crank chamber are in constant communication with each other.

    摘要: A variable displacement type compressor in which a discharge-pressure region, a suction-pressure region and a pressure control chamber are defined, has a tiltable swash plate and a piston reciprocated by the swash plate in the pressure control chamber. The inclination angle of the swash plate and the piston stroke are changed by adjustment of pressure in the pressure control chamber thereby to control the displacement of the compressor. The compressor further comprises a supply passage for supplying refrigerant gas from the discharge-pressure region to the pressure control chamber, a release passage for releasing the refrigerant gas from the pressure control chamber to the suction-pressure region, a first control valve for adjusting a cross-sectional area of the supply passage from the discharge-pressure region to the pressure control chamber and a second control valve for adjusting cross-sectional area of the release passage. The second control valve includes a valve body for opening and closing the release passage whose cross-sectional area is set minimum when the valve body is located at the closed position and a valve spring for urging the valve body in a direction to open the release passage. When the second control valve is closed, pressure in the supply passage downstream the first control valve acts on the valve body in a direction to close the release passage and pressure in the suction-pressure region acts on the valve body in a direction to open the release passage.

A check valve is located between the discharge-side space of the specific gear chamber and the outlet passage for preventing the fluid discharged from the gear chamber other than the specific gear chamber from flowing into the discharge-side space of the specific gear chamber in the small displacement operational state.

    摘要: A feed pump of a fuel supply system for a DME engine rotates in a normal direction to supply DME fuel in a fuel tank to a high-pressure supply pump through a low-pressure fuel supply passage. The high-pressure supply pump pressurizes the DME fuel and discharges the DME fuel therefrom. The discharged DME fuel is distributed by a high-pressure fuel supply passage and injected by a fuel injector. A first fuel recovery passage connects the high-pressure fuel supply passage to the low-pressure fuel supply passage. When the engine is operated, a first solenoid valve closes the first fuel recovery passage. When the engine is stopped, the first solenoid valve opens the first fuel recovery passage and the feed pump rotates in a reverse direction, thereby the DME fuel in the low-pressure fuel supply passage and in the high-pressure fuel supply passage is recovered into the fuel tank.

    摘要: When an electric appliance unit functions as an electric motor, a rotary shaft is rotated by electric current supplied to the electric appliance unit. When the electric appliance unit functions as a generator, the generator generates electricity as the rotary shaft rotates. A first rotation permitting mechanism is located between the rotor and the rotary shaft to permit the rotor and the rotary shaft to rotate relative to each other. A one-way clutch is located between the rotor and the rotary shaft. The one-way clutch permits the rotary shaft to rotate in one direction relative to the rotor and prevents the rotary shaft from rotating in the other direction relative to the rotor. A second rotation permitting mechanism is located between the housing and the rotor. The second rotation permitting mechanism permits the rotor to rotate relative to the housing. Power transmitted from the external drive source to the rotor is transmitted to the rotary shaft via the one-way clutch. The rotor is supported by the housing with the second rotation permitting mechanism.

    摘要: A control valve is used for a variable displacement compressor. The compressor has a crank chamber and a supply passage. The control valve includes a valve housing. A valve chamber is defined in the valve housing. A valve body is accommodated in the valve chamber for adjusting the opening size of the supply passage. A pressure sensing chamber is defined in the valve housing. A pressure sensing member separates the pressure sensing chamber into a first pressure chamber and a second pressure chamber. The pressure at a first pressure monitoring point is applied to the first pressure chamber. The pressure at a second pressure monitoring point located is applied to the second pressure chamber. The pressure sensing member moves the valve body in accordance with the pressure difference between the first pressure chamber and the second pressure chamber. The pressure sensing member is a bellows or a diaphragm, an actuator applies force to the pressure sensing member in accordance with external commands. The force is applied by the actuator corresponds to a target value of the pressure difference. The pressure sensing member moves the valve body such that the pressure difference seeks the target value.
