Abstract:
A water heater includes a combustion device, a primary heat exchanger, and a secondary heat exchanger. The combustion device burns gas to generate high-temperature air. The primary and the secondary heat exchangers are provided sequentially above the combustion device. When the high-temperature air passes through the primary heat exchanger, part of thermal energy is absorbed by exchange plates and a water pipe therein. When the high-temperature air continues to pass through the secondary heat exchanger, part of the rest thermal energy is absorbed by a heat tube set therein to preheat water flowing through the heat tube set. The preheated water then flows into the water pipe of the primary heat exchanger. The secondary heat exchanger includes a case and a cover board which detachably seals a bore on the case. Whereby, it's convenient for a user to clean pipes inside the secondary heat exchanger.
Abstract:
An ignition controlling device of a gas appliance includes a high-voltage provider, a controller, and a flame sensor. The gas appliance includes an ignition electrode and a burner, and the ignition electrode is beside burner. The high-voltage provider has an output terminal, and the output terminal is electrically connected to the ignition electrode to provide high-voltage pulses to the ignition electrode. The controller controls the high-voltage provider to provide the high-voltage pulses. The flame sensor is electrically connected to the output terminal of the high-voltage provider to detect a flame around the ignition electrode and the burner. After a flame is detected by the flame sensor, the controller controls the high-voltage provider to stop the high-voltage pulses.
Abstract:
A hot water supply system provided on a water pipeline, which includes a water inflow side and a water outlet side. The hot water supply system includes a plurality of water heaters; each includes a conduit, a heating device, a calculating unit, and a control unit. The conduit includes an inlet section, an outlet section, and a heating section in sequence, wherein the inlet section and the outlet section are connected with the water inflow side and the water outflow side respectively; the heating device heats the heating section; the calculating unit estimates a heating workload needed. If the heating workload of any water heater exceeds a predetermined upper limit workload thereof, the control unit of one water heater controls the other idle heating device to heat water, which ensures that water temperature of water provided to the water outflow side would reach a demanded water temperature.
Abstract:
A temperature-controllable gas grill includes a main body having a grilling chamber, a plurality of burners in the main body to burn gas, a temperature sensor for sensing a current temperature in the grilling chamber, a gas valve, and a controller. The gas valve has a gate and a stepper motor, and the stepper motor moves the gate to change a gas flow supplied to the burners. The controller has a user interface and a processing unit. A user inputs a setting temperature through the user interface, and the processing unit controls the stepper motor according to the current temperature and the setting temperature to keep the current temperature in the grilling chamber in a limited range.
Abstract:
A water heater includes a water pipe form by bending a pipe. The entire water pipe leans related to a vertical plane to expose all the section to a burner thereunder. All the sections of the water pipe lean downwards related to a horizontal plane. It will make the water in the water in the water pipe flows backwards when no water is supplied to the water heater. Therefore, there will never be water remaining in the water pipe to get rid of the jam problem.
