摘要： The present invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing the compounds 6-[4-(N-methyl-3-azetidinoxy)-5-ethyl-2-methoxy-phenyl]-pyridin-2-ylamine, 6-[4-(N,N-dimethylaminomethyl)-5-ethyl-2-methoxy-phenyl]-pyridin-2-ylamine, 6-[4-(N-methylaminomethyl)-5-ethyl-2-methoxy-phenyl]-pyridin-2-ylamine and 6-[4-(3-azetidinoxy)-5-ethyl-2-methoxy-phenyl]-pyridin-2-ylamine, and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and to the use of such compounds in the treatment and prevention of central nervous system and other disorders.
