摘要： A blocked isocyanate group-containing resin composition and a thermosetting resin composition using the same that comprise a resin (C) obtainable by modifying a resin (A) having two or more blocked isocyanate groups of a specific molecular structure in one molecule with a specific monohydric alcohol (B), and by replacing the substituent of the blocked isocyanate groups with a group having a larger number of carbon atoms, thereby lowering solubility parameter value. The compositions exhbit good storage stability and good compatibility with base resins for paint.
