    Abstract: A sidelink resource determining method includes determining, by a first terminal device, a first sidelink candidate resource through monitoring. The method also includes receiving, by the first terminal device, at least one piece of resource indication information from a second terminal device. The at least one piece of resource indication information indicates at least one second sidelink candidate resource obtained by the second terminal device through monitoring. The method further includes determining, by the first terminal device, a sidelink sending resource based on the first sidelink candidate resource and based on the at least one second sidelink candidate resource. The method additionally includes sending, by the first terminal device, sidelink control information and data on the sidelink sending resource.

    Abstract: A communication method and apparatus that is used in fields such as V2X, an internet of vehicles, intelligent driving, and assisted driving. The method includes a first terminal apparatus detects SCI from at least one second terminal apparatus, to determine a first resource. The first terminal apparatus sends, to the third terminal apparatus, first information for triggering determining of second information, and receives the second information from the third terminal apparatus. The first terminal apparatus determines, based on the first resource and the second resource, the resource for sending the data. The first terminal apparatus selects, based on a sensing result of the first terminal apparatus and the resource recommended by the third terminal apparatus, the resource for sending the data, so that both interference around the first terminal apparatus and interference around the third terminal apparatus are considered, thereby reducing interference and improving communication quality.

    Abstract: A beam training method and a related device are disclosed. The method includes: sending, by a first communications device, sidelink control information (SCI) to a second communications device, where the SCI is used to instruct the first communications device to send at least one channel state information-reference signal (CSI-RS) to the second communications device; and sending, by the first communications device, the at least one CSI-RS to the second communications device based on the SCI, where the at least one CSI-RS is used by the second communications device to determine that a beam corresponding to a CSI-RS with highest signal strength in the at least one CSI-RS is a beam for communication between the second communications device and the first communications device. The CSI-RS used for beam training is dynamically sent based on the instruction of the SCI, and therefore, flexibility and efficiency of beam training are improved.

    Abstract: This application provides a sidelink control information sending method and a communications device. A method for sending unicast or multicast sidelink control information in V2X communication is provided. In the method, sidelink control information is divided into two parts. The first part includes resource indication information for transmitting sidelink data, and is scrambled by using a common sequence. The second part is sidelink control information other than the first part of sidelink control information, and is scrambled by using an identifier of a target communications device or a group identifier of a group to which the target communications device belongs. The target communications device can descramble the first part and the second part, and receive sidelink data in the V2X communication. Another communications device can descramble the first part obtain resource information, and can learn of resource occupation and reservation information when performing autonomous resource selection beyond network coverage.
