    Abstract: This application provides a channel measurement configuration method and a communications apparatus. The method includes: receiving, by a terminal device, a measurement configuration, where the measurement configuration includes a plurality of resource settings, and the plurality of resource settings include a plurality of resource settings for channel measurement and a plurality of resource settings for interference measurement; receiving, by the terminal device, channel state information reference signals CSI-RSs on resources configured in the plurality of resource settings; and generating, by the terminal device, a CSI group based on the CSI-RSs, where the CSI group includes one or more pieces of CSI. In embodiments of this application, a plurality of resource settings for channel measurement and a plurality of resource settings for interference measurement are associated in one report setting.

    Abstract: This application provides a data transmission method and apparatus. The method includes: A terminal device determines an actual transmit power for first uplink data based on a determined channel transmit power and a transmission parameter. The actual transmit power is less than or equal to the channel transmit power, and the transmission parameter includes one or more of parameters that can be used to indicate a location of the terminal device. The terminal device sends the first uplink data at the actual transmit power. Therefore, the terminal device may determine the actual transmit power for the uplink data based on the channel transmit power and various transmission parameters that can indicate whether the terminal device is located at a cell edge, so that the actual transmit power for the uplink data can be flexibly adjusted, thereby improving data transmission reliability.

    Abstract: This application provides a communication method, a communications apparatus, and a communications system. The method includes: receiving first indication information, where the first indication information indicates at least two first parameters, and the at least two first parameters are used for determining at least one of an uplink data channel power, an uplink control channel power, or an uplink reference signal power during dynamic scheduling; and determining a second parameter obtained when a first time element is not used to transmit at least one of an uplink data channel, an uplink control channel, or an uplink reference signal, where the second parameter is at least one of a nominal power, a path loss adjustment factor, a path loss, or a closed-loop power control adjustment value. The method is applicable to power control and/or power headroom reporting in a multi-beam system.
