Abstract: This application provides methods and apparatuses for determining a hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgment (HARQ-ACK) resource. One method includes: determining at least one physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) monitoring occasion, wherein HARQ-ACK feedback bits scheduled by using downlink control information (DCI) monitored on the at least one PDCCH monitoring occasion are carried on a same physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource; and determining, based on index values of a control-resource set group corresponding to first DCI, target DCI indicating the PUCCH resource, wherein the first DCI is on a last PDCCH monitoring occasion in the at least one PDCCH monitoring occasion, and wherein the control-resource set group comprises one or more control-resource sets.

Abstract: Example demodulation reference signal (DMRS) port indication methods and apparatus are described. In one example method, a network device determines DMRS port indication information, and sends the DMRS port indication information. The DMRS port indication information is used to indicate a DMRS port set, and the DMRS port set is one of a plurality of DMRS port sets. A first subset of the plurality of DMRS port sets are first DMRS port sets, and DMRS ports in each first DMRS port set belong to a plurality of CDM groups. A second subset of the plurality of DMRS port sets are second DMRS port sets, and at least one DMRS port in each second DMRS port set belongs to a same CDM group.

Abstract: A signal transmission method, a related device, and a system are provided. The method includes: A terminal receives configuration information, where the configuration information indicates N sets of power control parameters configured for M uplink resources or uplink resource sets, where M≥1, M is a positive integer, N>1, and N is a positive integer; and the terminal transmits an uplink signal on the M uplink resources or uplink resource sets, where transmission power for transmitting the uplink signal on the M uplink resources or uplink resource sets is determined based on a first power control parameter, and the first power control parameter is selected from the N sets of power control parameters. According to the foregoing solution, uplink transmission power can be more flexibly adjusted, and power efficiency in uplink transmission and uplink transmission performance can be maximized.

Abstract: This application provides a data transmission method and apparatus. The method includes: A terminal device determines an actual transmit power for first uplink data based on a determined channel transmit power and a transmission parameter. The actual transmit power is less than or equal to the channel transmit power, and the transmission parameter includes one or more of parameters that can be used to indicate a location of the terminal device. The terminal device sends the first uplink data at the actual transmit power. Therefore, the terminal device may determine the actual transmit power for the uplink data based on the channel transmit power and various transmission parameters that can indicate whether the terminal device is located at a cell edge, so that the actual transmit power for the uplink data can be flexibly adjusted, thereby improving data transmission reliability.
