Abstract: This application provides a synchronization signal sending method and receiving method, and an apparatus. In the method, a base station determines a frequency domain position of a target frequency resource based on a frequency interval of synchronization channels, wherein the frequency interval of synchronization channels is 2m times a predefined frequency resource of a physical resource block, and m is a preset nonnegative integer. The base station sends a synchronization signal by using the target frequency resource.

Abstract: A data transceiving method includes: receiving a first reference signal transmitted on a subcarrier in a target physical resource block, and performing, according to a first mapping rule, corresponding processing on the first reference signal received from the subcarrier in the target physical resource block, where the first mapping rule defines at least mapping of the first reference signal to 10 specified subcarriers in a physical resource block, none of the 10 specified subcarriers are in a DC subcarrier candidate set, and the first reference signal includes a PCRS. In the embodiments of this application, only the 10 specified subcarriers in the physical resource block that are not used as DC subcarriers are selected to transmit the first reference signal, and no additional DC subcarrier is set. In this way, a quantity of downlink subcarriers in a system does not change dynamically.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a control channel configuration method, a base station, and a terminal device. The method includes: determining, by a base station, a configuration of a time-frequency resource unit from at least two configurations of a time-frequency resource unit of a control channel; and sending, by the base station, indication information to a terminal device, where the indication information is used to indicate the configuration of the time-frequency resource unit, and the at least two configurations of a time-frequency resource unit include a first configuration and a second configuration. In the embodiments of this application, the base station can flexibly configure the time-frequency resource unit of the control channel. In addition, flexibly configuring a time-frequency resource unit can reduce a probability that time-frequency resource units of different structures are blocked, thereby reducing complexity of detecting the control channel by the terminal device.
