Abstract: A method for forming a guide structure in an elevator shaft provides a guide structure configured to guide an elevator car during vertical travel in the elevator shaft. The method includes the following steps: moving a tool, such as a milling tool, vertically along the elevator shaft, wherein the tool is precisely positioned with respect to the horizontal position thereof within the elevator shaft, and forming the guide structure by removing material on a shaft wall of the elevator shaft using the tool.

Abstract: A mounting frame for being displaced and fixed in a shaft has a main frame, a first primary fixing component for supporting the mounting frame on a first shaft wall of the shaft and a secondary fixing component for supporting the mounting frame on a second shaft wall of the shaft opposite the first shaft wall in a fixing direction during fixing of the mounting frame in the shaft. The first primary fixing component and the secondary fixing component are arranged on the main frame. The first primary fixing component and/or the main frame can assume a transport position and a working position. A change of the first primary fixing component and/or the main frame from its working position to its transport position leads to a reduction in an extension of the mounting frame in an extension direction that differs from the fixing direction.

Abstract: A mounting frame for displacing and fixing in a shaft includes a support component for support against a first shaft wall during displacement in the shaft and is arranged on a main frame so as to be at least partially movable in a fixing direction relative to the main frame. The support component can assume a fixing position and a displacement position, with no part of a support surface being spaced further outward in the fixing direction, i.e. toward the first shaft wall, from the main frame in the fixing position than a fixing surface of a primary fixing component that is used to fix the mounting frame in the shaft, and the support surface is spaced further outward from the main frame in the fixing direction in the displacement position than the fixing surface.

Abstract: A method for fixing a rail bracket for mounting a guide rail on a shaft wall of an elevator shaft of an elevator system includes applying an adhesive layer between a support surface of the rail bracket and a final fixing region of the shaft wall in the fixed state of the rail bracket. The rail bracket is thus adhered to the shaft wall, and the rail bracket can also be additionally fixed to the shaft wall by at least one fixing element such as a nail.

Abstract: A method for mounting and aligning a guide rail in an elevator shaft of an elevator system, which elevator shaft primarily extends in a main extension direction, includes at least the following steps: securing a rail bracket base to a shaft wall of the elevator shaft; applying a mark to the rail bracket base; aligning the guide rail in relation to the mark; and securing the guide rail to the shaft wall using the rail bracket base. The alignment of the guide rail is carried out by an alignment device that includes an abutment part and a location device.

Abstract: A mounting system has a mounting device with a carrier component and a mechatronic installation component, a displacement component arranged above the mounting device in an elevator shaft and a support member connected between the carrier component and the displacement component. The displacement component displaces the mounting device in the shaft using the support member, wherein the carrier component is supported by an upper support roller on a support wall of the shaft during the displacement in the shaft. The support member generates a diagonal pull perpendicular to the support wall surface. The mounting system also has a compensating element that counteracts a tilting of the carrier component about the upper supporting roller perpendicular to the support wall during the displacement in the shaft.
