Abstract: A method for planning and at least partially installing an elevator system in an elevator shaft includes automated installation steps carried out by an automated mounting device. The method steps include: deriving a target layout of the elevator system from target dimensions of the elevator shaft, establishing the installation steps to be carried out by the automated mounting device, checking that the automated installation steps can be carried out by the mounting device, detecting several actual dimensions of the elevator shaft, deriving an actual layout of the elevator system from the target layout and the detected actual dimensions, planning the automated installation steps based upon the actual layout and carrying out the automated installation steps with the mounting device.

Abstract: An installation device for carrying out installation steps on a wall, and a method for exchanging a tool received by the installation apparatus, include an installation apparatus having a drive unit coupled to a tool holder. The tool holder receives a tool that extends away from the tool holder in a tool direction and which tool is driven by the drive unit. The tool holder can assume a locked state and an unlocked state, wherein a tool received by the tool holder can be removed from the tool holder in the unlocked state and is fixed in the tool holder, and therefore cannot be removed, in the locked state. The installation apparatus has an unlocking device controllable by an actuator and the tool holder can be brought from the locked state into the unlocked state by the actuator to release the tool.

Abstract: A mounting system has a mounting device with a carrier component and a mechatronic installation component, a displacement component arranged above the mounting device in an elevator shaft and a support member connected between the carrier component and the displacement component. The displacement component displaces the mounting device in the shaft using the support member, wherein the carrier component is supported by an upper support roller on a support wall of the shaft during the displacement in the shaft. The support member generates a diagonal pull perpendicular to the support wall surface. The mounting system also has a compensating element that counteracts a tilting of the carrier component about the upper supporting roller perpendicular to the support wall during the displacement in the shaft.

Abstract: In a method for carrying out an installation process in an elevator shaft of an elevator system, an assembly device is inserted into the elevator shaft. The assembly device includes a support component, a mechatronic installation component retained by the support component and a control apparatus. At least one assembly apparatus (tool, sensor or component) is arranged on the support component. The support component is fixed in a fixing position in the elevator shaft. After the support component has been fixed, an actual position of the at least one assembly apparatus is determined relative to the installation component. Using the determined actual position relative to the support component, the at least one assembly apparatus is received by the installation component and an assembly step is carried out using the received at least one assembly apparatus.

Abstract: A method and an assembly device for automated determination of a drilling position of a drill hole for a fastener for fastening a component to a possible wall area of a wall, wherein the method steps include: determining a surface contour of the wall area; examining the surface contour and detecting first irregularities in the surface contour using a first detection rule; determining a primary possible support surface area and a primary possible drilling position area that do not have any of the detected first irregularities; examining the surface contour of the primary possible drilling position area and detecting second irregularities in the surface contour using a second detection rule; and determining the drilling position inside the primary possible drilling position area such that the surface contour at the drilling position does not have any of the detected second irregularities.

Abstract: A method for mounting and aligning a guide rail in an elevator shaft of an elevator system, which elevator shaft primarily extends in a main extension direction, includes at least the following steps: securing a rail bracket base to a shaft wall of the elevator shaft; applying a mark to the rail bracket base; aligning the guide rail in relation to the mark; and securing the guide rail to the shaft wall using the rail bracket base. The alignment of the guide rail is carried out by an alignment device that includes an abutment part and a location device.

Abstract: A setting tool used in a method for percussively driving an anchor rod into a borehole in a substrate has a drive-side end and, in an opposite tool direction, an end facing away from the drive. The setting tool has a tool adapter that forms the drive-side end and is arranged to interact with a driven impact tool. The end facing away from the drive is formed by a receiving element that has a recess arranged to receive part of an anchor rod. The tool adapter and the receiving element are coupled together by a coupling element such that an impact force introduced via the tool adapter is transmitted to an anchor rod arranged in the recess of the receiving element. Abstract: A mounting system for performing an installation operation in an elevator shaft of an elevator system has a mounting apparatus that includes a carrier component with a mechatronic installation component, a displacement component, a suspension cable and a deflection roller deflecting the suspension cable between the displacement component and the carrier component. The carrier component is supported against a supporting wall of the elevator shaft by an upper support roller, at least during displacement in the elevator shaft. The suspension cable has, between the deflection roller and the carrier component, a diagonal pull relative to the vertical in the direction of the supporting wall and is guided via the deflection roller such that the diagonal pull can be varied by displacing the deflection roller. The deflection roller is arranged via a holding apparatus on a surface of the supporting wall such that the deflection roller protrudes into the elevator shaft.
