    摘要: An electroluminescent display device includes first and second substrates facing each other and having a display area and a non-display area surrounding the display area. An array element is formed on the first substrate and an electroluminescent diode is formed on the second substrate. The electroluminescent display device further includes gate and data pad electrodes in the non-display area. The exposed portions of the gate and data pad electrodes are formed of a conductive material having a tolerance to corrosion.

    摘要: An organic electroluminescent device, includes: a first substrate including a first pixel region, the first pixel region including first, second and third sub-pixel regions; an array element layer on an inner surface of the first substrate, the array element layer including a thin film transistor in each sub-pixel region; a second substrate facing the first substrate and being spaced apart from the first substrate, the second substrate including a second pixel region corresponding to the first pixel region, and the second pixel region including fourth, fifth and sixth sub-pixel regions; an organic electroluminescent diode on an inner surface of the second substrate in each sub-pixel region; and a connection electrode electrically connecting the first substrate to the second substrates, wherein the fourth, fifth and sixth sub-pixel regions have different sizes from each other.

    摘要: An organic electroluminescent display (ELD) device includes a first substrate having a plurality of pixel regions including a plurality of pixels, a second substrate spaced apart and facing the first substrate, a plurality of switching elements and a plurality of driving elements interconnected on the second substrate, a plurality of connecting electrodes connected to each of the driving elements, a first electrode formed on an inner surface of the first substrate, a plurality of partitions formed on the first electrode, the partitions being formed along boundaries of neighboring pixels, a plurality of organic light-emitting layers disposed on the first electrode, a plurality of second electrodes formed on the organic light-emitting layers, each of the second electrodes are independently formed in each of the pixel regions, are separated by the partitions, and are electrically connected to one of the connecting electrodes, and a plurality of insulating layer patterns formed between the first electrode and the partitions, the insulating layer pattern being formed along the partitions and extending to contact regions of the connecting electrodes and the second electrodes.
