An engine air intake device comprises a collector divided by a partition wall into first and second volume chambers, first and second upstream intake pipe portions, a plurality of first and second downstream branch pipes, and a first communication valve. The first and second upstream intake pipe portions are connected to an upstream side of the first and second volume chambers, respectively. The first and second downstream branch pipes extend from the first and second volume chambers, respectively, to respective intake ports of first and second banks of first and second cylinders, respectively. The first communication valve is mounted to the partition wall in a position that does not interfere with a path of a main flow of intake air inside the collector and configured and arranged to allow communication between the first volume chamber and the second volume chamber when the first communication valve is open.

A DF signal averaging circuit includes a counter for counting a clock signal fed from a clock signal generator, an OR circuit which causes the counter to perform count-up operation only when a transistor is in an ON state with the clock signal and a potential signal fed from the clock signal generator and a positive electrode of the transistor, respectively, a memory circuit for calculating an averaged DF signal from output values of the counter with specific timing, and a preset control circuit for calculating a preset value for the counter from the averaged DF signal fed from the memory circuit and setting the preset value in the counter with specific timing. The averaged DF signal output from the memory circuit is transmitted to an external control unit which is an ECU of a vehicle via a communication interface.

There is provided a knowledge analysis system configured to be connectable to plural client terminals via network, which supports analysis requested by each of client terminals to knowledge accumulated in knowledge database, comprising: access control means for conducting user authentication to the client terminal requesting for access for permitting knowledge analysis from the client terminal; and knowledge analysis means for clustering knowledge accumulated in the knowledge database to create cluster database in which each of the knowledge is classified into clusters defined based on category; wherein the knowledge analysis means has means for setting important words having priority in clustering at creation of the cluster database, and carries out clustering to create an axis of cluster on the basis of the important words.
