Abstract: A cleaning device includes a cleaning unit, a movement mechanism, and a unit mounting portion. The cleaning unit includes a cleaning part having a contact surface brought into contact with a surface of a conveyance roller. The movement mechanism moves the cleaning unit between a cleaning position at which the cleaning part comes in contact with the conveyance roller, and a mounting and removing position at which the cleaning part is located below the conveyance roller in a separated manner and the cleaning unit is allowed to be mounted and removed on and from the apparatus body. The unit mounting portion houses the cleaning unit disposed at the mounting and removing position. The cleaning unit is configured such that the cleaning unit in a state of being housed in the unit mounting portion is mounted and removed, together with the processing unit, on and from the apparatus body.

Abstract: A cleaning device includes a sheet conveyance roller, and a cleaning unit that cleans a surface of the sheet conveyance roller. The cleaning unit includes a cleaning member that can come in contact with the surface of the sheet conveyance roller, and a pressing roller that presses the cleaning member against the surface of the sheet conveyance roller. The pressing roller includes a low Young's modulus area formed at least on a part of the pressing roller in a radial direction, the low Young's modulus area having a Young's modulus lower than a Young's modulus of the sheet conveyance roller. When the surface of the sheet conveyance roller is cleaned, the pressing roller is pressed against the sheet conveyance roller so as to elastically deform in the radial direction in a state where the cleaning member is sandwiched between the pressing roller and the sheet conveyance roller.

Abstract: The cleaning device includes a cleaning unit. The cleaning part includes a web of a strip shape, the web forming the contact surface that comes in contact with the conveyance roller, a pressing roller that presses the web against the conveyance roller, a feed-out roller that feeds out the web so as to cause a part of the web that comes in contact with the conveyance roller to shift, and a take-up roller that takes up the web. The housing has an opening that receives foreign matter dropping from the vicinity of a nip portion formed between the pressing roller and the conveyance roller.

Abstract: An image forming apparatus includes a display panel, a touch panel on the display panel, a glossiness setting unit, a printing device and a print control unit. The display panel is configured to display a document image as plural divisional areas obtained by dividing the document image by predetermined divisional numbers in primary and secondary scanning directions. The glossiness setting unit is configured to change, in accordance with a user operation to the touch panel, a glossiness setting of the divisional area that includes a position where the user operation was detected by the touch panel. The printing device is configured to fix a toner image corresponding to the document image on a printing paper sheet. The print control unit is configured to cause the printing device to fix the toner image under a fixation condition corresponding to the glossiness settings of the plural divisional areas.
