Abstract: There is provided a method for performing communication related to inter-band CA. The method is performed by a wireless communication device. The wireless communication device may receive cell information from a PCell. The cell information may include first information that the PCell is collocated with a SCell within a base station or second information that the PCell is not collocated with the SCell. The PCell and the SCell are configured for the inter-band CA. The wireless communication device may perform communication with at least one of the PCell and the SCell.

Abstract: There is provided a method for determining an uplink transmit power. The method may be performed by a user equipment (UE) and comprise: receiving information on an additional reduction value for an uplink transmission power and determining the uplink transmit power based on the additional reduction value. The additional reduction value may be used to reduce a cross link interference (CLI). The uplink transmit power may be determined within a lower bound and an upper bound. Based on that the uplink transmission may be performed in a frequency range 1 (FR1) for 5G, the additional reduction value is applied to one or both of the lower bound and the upper bound.

Abstract: Provided is a method for performing measurement by a user equipment (UE). The method may include receiving, by the UE, configuration information on a measurement gap. The UE may be configured with a dual connectivity (DC) to an evolved universal terrestrial radio access (E-UTRA) cell and a new radio access technology (NR) cell. The configuration information on the measurement gap may include a measurement gap length (MGL). The MGL may include one of 3 ms, 4 ms and 6 ms. The method may include determining a total number of slots to be interrupted during the MGL, and performing the measurement during the MGL. The total number of slots to be interrupted may be determined based on a subcarrier spacing (SCS) of the NR cell and the MGL.

Abstract: There is provided a method for determining transmission power for uplink signal, the method performed by a user equipment (UE) and comprising: determining a total transmission power for E-UTRA uplink signal and NR uplink signal, when the E-UTRA uplink signal and the NR uplink signal overlap in time, wherein the total transmission power satisfies a condition including on PCMAX_L and PCMAX_H, wherein PCMAX_L is a lower limit for the total transmission power and PCMAX_H is a higher limit for the total transmission power, wherein when the E-UTRA uplink signal is transmitted on a scheduling unit p, when the NR uplink signal is transmitted on a scheduling unit q, the scheduling unit p is taken as a reference for the determination; and transmitting the E-UTRA uplink signal and the NR uplink signal based on the determined total transmission power.

The method comprises determining a number of interrupted slots; and transmitting or receiving the signals based on the number of interrupted slots, wherein the signals are not transmitted or received during the interrupted slots, wherein the number of interrupted slots is determined based on SCS of cell supporting the NR, a MG offset, and a MGL, and wherein the number of interrupted slots is 7 when the SCS is 15 kHz, the MG offset is 0.5 ms, and the MGL is 6 ms.

Abstract: A disclosure of the present specification provides a method for receiving, from a serving cell, a downlink control channel subject to interference from a neighboring cell. The method comprises the steps of: receiving information on discontinuous reception (DRX), wherein the information on discontinuous reception includes information on a period comprising an interval in which the downlink control channel is monitored and an interval in which the downlink control channel is not monitored; and monitoring the downlink control channel received from the serving cell in the interval in which the downlink control channel is monitored. Here, the downlink control channel may be monitored in a state where the interference from the neighboring cell has not been alleviated.
