摘要： An electrolytic capacitor having very thin spacer layers is produced by a process in which at least two of the surfaces of an anode valve action metal foil and a cathode metal foil are coated with a photosensitive polymer resin solution; the resultant photosensitive polymer resin solution layers are solidified; the solidified photosensitive polymer resin coatings are masked with a negative or positive masking film having a desired pattern and irradiated with an actinic radiation to partly harden the photosensitive polymer resin coatings in accordance with the masking pattern; after removing the masking film, the irradiated photosensitive polymer resin coatings are developed with a developing liquid to provide spacer layers consisting of hardened portions of the photosensitive polymer resin coatings; the anode and cathode metal foils having the spacer layers are superposed on each other in such a manner that at least one spacer layer is located between the superposed anode and cathode metal foils and at least one other spacer layer is located on at least one of the outside surfaces of the superposed anode and cathode metal foils, to provide a laminate; the laminate is wound into a capacitor element; and then the capacitor element is impregnated with an electrolyte.

摘要： A method of grinding a workpiece for shaping it into a cam by imparting a rotary motion and a rocking motion, which conforms to the profile of a master cam, to the workpiece. In the first rough grinding step, a grinding wheel is rapidly entered into the workpiece while the workpiece is rotated at a low velocity. In the second rough grinding step, the grinding wheel is rapidly entered into the workpiece while the workpiece is rotated at a velocity greater than the low velocity. In the third rough grinding step, the wheel is rapidly entered into the workpiece while the workpiece is rotated at a high velocity. Each of the three steps includes a step for removing the portion left uncut in such a state that the infeed of the wheel is ceased. The depths of cut in the three steps DS.sub.1, DS.sub.2 and DS.sub.3, respectively, are so set that the following relation holds:DS.sub.1 >DS.sub.2 >DS.sub.3

摘要： A grinding machine wherein a novel arrangement is provided to effect truing and dressing on a surface of a grinding wheel made of hard material such as cubic boron nitride. The arrangement comprises a truing wheel coaxially fixed on one end of a work head spindle of the grinding machine for truing the grinding wheel surface and a dressing roll coaxially fixed on one end of the work head spindle in juxtaposed relation with the truing wheel for backing up free abrasive grains supplied between the grinding wheel and the dressing roll during dressing.
