    摘要: A gravure engraving system that capable of successively engraving each of a plurality of gravure cylinders through no intermediary of a manual operation, includes a transport device for transporting a gravure cylinder. The transport device is disposed between an engraving machine for engraving the circumferential surface of a gravure cylinder and a stock device which stores a plurality of gravure cylinders. A predetermined gravure cylinder is selected out of the gravure cylinders stored in the stock device and transported to the engraving machine by the transport device. After the transported gravure cylinder has been automatically set on the engraving machine, the gravure cylinder is engraved. Thereafter, the transport device transports the engraved gravure cylinder to the stock device where the engraved gravure cylinder is stored.

    摘要: Apparatus for and method of automatically applying a lubricant to a gravure cylinder set in an gravure engraving machine. With a rotational drive mechanism of the gravure engraving machine biased to cause the gravure cylinder to be under rotation, a lubricant is discharged to and spread on the surface of the gravure cylinder. The lubricant application apparatus is moved axially of the gravure cylinder. Accordingly, the surface of the gravure cylinder is scanned such that the lubricant is applied onto the whole surface of the gravure cylinder. To move the lubricant application apparatus, an engraving head moving mechanism of the gravure engraving machine can be utilized.

    摘要: A drainage connector communicates between a drain outlet of a toilet drainage path connected to a toilet bowl and a connecting port of a drain conduit led into a room equipped with a toilet body. The drainage connector includes a casing formed with a flow inlet connected to the drain outlet and a flow outlet connected to the port, and piping disposed in the casing. The piping has an upstream piping having an upstream opening communicating with the flow inlet and forming a downward flow path when the drain outlet communicates with the port and a downstream piping connected to the upstream piping and having a downstream opening open to the casing in a lateral direction along an inner surface of the casing so that flush water flows out in the lateral direction. The downstream piping forms an upward flow path when the drain outlet communicates with the port.
