摘要: An emission enhancement structure having at least one energy augmentation structure; and an energy converter capable of receiving energy from an energy source, converting the energy and emitting therefrom a light of a different energy than the received energy. The energy converter is disposed in a vicinity of the at least one energy augmentation structure such that the emitted light is emitted with an intensity larger than if the converter were remote from the at least one energy augmentation structure. Also described are various uses for the energy emitters, energy augmentation structures and energy collectors in a wide array of fields, particularly medical uses for treatment of cell proliferation disorders.

摘要: A process that provides preventative, protective and therapeutic treatment for non-ocular biological tissues or fluids includes applying a pulsed energy source to an ocular tissue or a target fluid to therapeutically or prophylactically treat the non-ocular tissue or fluid. A pulsed energy source having selected energy parameters may be applied to one or more ocular blood vessel of an individual who has a non-ocular disease/disorder. In accordance with one aspect of the present disclosure, it is determined that an individual has one or more non-ocular disease/disorder or other degenerative disease or is at a risk of developing such a disease, and pulsed electromagnetic energy is applied to an ocular tissue of the individual to therapeutically or prophylactically treat the non-ocular disease/disorder.

摘要: A photodynamic therapy tablet and corresponding preparation method, as well as a construction method and system specifically designed for anti-tumor models, are disclosed. The tablet includes a wireless power supply unit, a circuit unit, micrometer-level LED array, and a flexible transparent biocompatible encapsulation. It can be surgically implanted in close proximity to tumor cells within the human body, enabling precise irradiation of the targeted tumor cells. By harnessing light of a specific wavelength, the tablet facilitates the generation of lipid peroxides, which, in conjunction with a ferroptosis inducer, effectively triggers ferroptotic cell death in tumor cells. The ultrasound wireless self-powering photodynamic therapy tablet is utilized for the treatment of tumor cells through photodynamic therapy (PDT). By combining the ferroptosis inducer with PDT, the present invention effectively addresses the issue of limited efficacy observed when using the ferroptosis inducer alone.

摘要: A treatment support device is provided with an irradiation unit, a fluorescence detection unit, and a change acquisition unit for acquiring a change degree of a fluorescence signal detected within a first time range within a treatment time. The treatment support device is provided with: a determination unit for determining whether or not the progress of the treatment is in a steady state based on the fact that the change degree of the fluorescence signal within the first time range falls within a predetermined range of the change degree; and an operation control unit for performing predetermined operation control when the progress of the treatment is determined to be in the steady state by the determination unit.

摘要: Embodiments of a method for removing a tattoo through patterned trans-epidermal pigment release includes determining first treatment area of skin of a patient through a primary template including primary apertures, marking the first treatment area of skin of the patient along borders of the primary apertures to outline a grid of primary tegulae, and delivering a tattoo removal fluid to the marked first exposed skin. In an alternate embodiment, a template, which may be adhered to the skin, is used during a disruption process to create a structured, patterned procedure to remove skin irregularities. The template has a plurality of needle apertures, an adhesive layer, and a release liner. The release liner may be removed, exposing the adhesive layer, so that the template, with the plurality of needle apertures, may be positioned over the skin irregularity.
