    摘要： A brush and roller spinner and paint mixer comprises a hollow cylindrical body portion, a gripper at one end of the body portion to releasably hold a brush or roller and a handle at the other end of the body portion. The handle is affixed to one end of a helically shaped rod which extends axially through the cylindrical body and is mounted to the gripper member at its other end to cause rotational movement thereof as the handle is moved downwardly. The handle includes a recessed base which extends outwardly from the handle and includes downwardly extending walls having a recess which engages a protrusion on the cylinder cover to halt the motion thereof and lock the handle in place. A paint mixer comprising an elongated shaft with a spiral element at one end may be removably mounted at the other end to the gripper so that the mixer is rotated by movement of the handle.

    摘要： A batter board device is disclosed that allows for easier, and more efficient construction work. The batter board device comprises a pair of tubing sections each comprising a first end and a second end. The first end of each of the pair of tubing sections comprises an angled section. The angled sections allow the tubing sections to be secured together to create an approximately 90 degree angle. Further, the angled sections are secured together via a hinge, which allows the tubing sections to be collapsed for storage. Additionally, the batter board device comprises at least one receiving component secured to the tubing sections for retaining a stake. The batter board device further comprises at least one square tubing component secured to the tubing sections for retaining a string line.

    摘要： An illuminated marking device is described for use with colorless marking materials. The marking materials remain colorless until being transferred to a marking surface having a developer material disposed thereon that causes the marking material to develop a colored appearance. The marking material is contained within a marking device having a clear or translucent barrel and a lens integrated into a first end. The lens is tinted in a color similar to that of the developed color of the marking material. The first end of the marker is inserted into a light housing having a light source therein. Light from the light source is filtered by the lens and thereby illuminates the barrel of the marker in a color similar to that of the developed color of the marker. The glowing marker indicates the marking color of the marker and provides an enjoyable glowing experience.
