摘要: When a reaction solution in a reaction vessel is irradiated with light to measure an amount of transmitted light or the like, the reaction vessel rattles due to vibration and an optical axis is shifted. Therefore, a torsion coil spring for urging the reaction vessel is provided in a heat block having a plurality of reaction vessel placement holes on which the reaction vessel is mounted, the reaction vessel includes a protrusion on a part of a side surface, and when the reaction vessel is inserted in the hole, an arm of the torsion coil spring is operated so as to be retreated along the protrusion, and, when the reaction vessel is fitted in the hole, it urges the protrusion horizontally with a lower side in a vertical direction and urges the reaction vessel to press against the wall of the hole.

摘要: An analysis system assembly and method for analyzing a plurality of samples and handling the cryogenically cooled samples from a shipping dewar into a position for analysis by an x-ray based analysis system. The system and method include a basket component containing a plurality of sample magazines each containing a plurality of samples, all covered by a volume of cryogenic liquid. The basket is transported from the shipping dewar to a transfer dewar. Cover components of the magazines are removed while the basket and magazines are submerged in a cryogenic liquid of the transfer dewar. The basket is removed from the transfer dewar and placed into a staging dewar of the analysis system. A robotic manipulator of the analysis system can then locate and transport individual samples to a sample stage of the analysis system.

摘要: A device for agitating and collecting biological liquid samples comprises an agitator of racks of tubes, a sampling apparatus capable of collecting a biological liquid sample in a tube, and a changer capable of gripping a tube on a rack received in the agitator and moving it to the sampling apparatus. The agitator is capable of agitating at least three racks simultaneously, and the device also comprises a scheduler capable of determining destination data for a tube and destination data for the rack which receives this tube, and of determining for each tube a final location based on the destination data of the tube and the destination data of the racks received in the device, which final location designates a rack, received on the agitator and a position on this rack and can be different from the location of the tube when the rack that received it has been introduced into the device, and arranged to control the changer in order to grip a tube, present it to the sampling apparatus and replace it after sampling at the final location.
