Abstract: A display device includes: a first insulating layer on electrodes; a plurality of light emitting elements on the electrodes in an emission area; a second insulating layer on the first insulating layer and the light emitting elements and having a plurality of openings partially overlapping the electrodes and the light emitting elements; and a plurality of connection electrodes on at least some of the electrodes, contacting the light emitting elements, and partially overlapping the openings. A first opening has a first side portion and a second side portion opposite to the first side portion with a greater width than the first side portion, and a first connection electrode overlapping the first opening has a first portion overlapping the first opening and a second portion having a greater width than the first portion and that does not partially overlap the first opening.
