摘要： The present invention is directed to a latch and guide rail arrangement that facilitates the insertion and removal of a module into and from a cable management system. This arrangement includes a latch arm assembly provided on a module and a guide rail assembly provided within an enclosure. As the module is inserted into the enclosure, the latch arms of the latch arm assembly mate with the guides of the guide rail assembly to lockingly engage the module with the enclosure. To remove the module from the enclosure, the latch arms are acted upon to release the arms from their mating relationship with the guides. With the present invention, modules can be replaced with great ease. Further, because the latch assembly is provided within the module itself, the latch assembly does not take up valuable space in the horizontal and vertical directions within the enclosure. As a result, the space within the enclosure can be fully utilized to accommodate the greatest number of connectors.

摘要： A tool for installing a metal locking tie is disclosed. The tool includes a tension mechanism and a ball set and cut-off mechanism. The tension mechanism tensions the metal locking tie wrapped around a bundle. The ball set and cut-off mechanism includes a guide block and a shear block that engages the guide block. Once the tool tensions the metal locking tie, a ball set and cut-off handle is manually activated to push the guide block and the shear block forward in the tool thereby setting a ball in a metal locking tie head and shearing a portion of the tensioned metal locking tie.

摘要： A seat belt retractor that is sensitive to vehicle movements is provided, having a frame for mounting a reel about which the safety belt is wound. A frame also mounts a pawl which selectively blocks rotation of the reel to prevent payout of a seat belt when a predetermined condition of the vehicle is sensed. The frame includes a support plate integrally formed therewith and including a bearing seat for mounting an inertia member for actuating the pawl, thus locking the reel against rotation. A method of constructing the retractor frame with an integral support for the inertia member is also disclosed.
