    摘要: A power-driven hammer including a body including a tubular housing and a barrel assembly received in the housing. The barrel assembly has an at-rest position relative to the housing. The barrel assembly includes a barrel having a forward end adapted to hold a tool, an opening, and a rearward end. The barrel assembly includes a mass received in the opening of the barrel. The mass moves in the barrel opening when the hammer is operating through a power stroke and a return stroke. The barrel assembly moves forward and rearward from its at-rest position relative to the housing when the hammer is operating. The hammer includes a vibration reducing mechanism connecting the barrel assembly to the body reducing shock transmitted to the housing as the mass moves forward and rearward in the barrel.

    摘要: A power driven tool for rotating a mechanical fastener including a housing with a motor positioned in the housing. The motor includes a drive shaft that rotates relative to the housing. An impact mechanism in the housing is operatively connected to the motor drive shaft. The impact mechanism has a base, an output and a cam. The output and cam are rotatably mounted on the base. A pair of hammers are pivotally mounted on the base and selectively positioned by the cam. The cam biases the hammers to intermittently impact the output. A ratchet head assembly is operatively connected to the output of the impact mechanism. The ratchet head assembly includes an output member rotatably mounted on the housing to rotate the mechanical fastener. The assembly also includes a ratchet operable to limit rotation of the output member in a selected direction.

    摘要: To make it difficult to view streak unevenness in alignment generated at the boundary of alignment layers even when an alignment-layer material is applied onto a color-filter substrate several times to form an alignment layer. When an alignment-layer material is applied onto a color-filter substrate 1 having color filters (R, G, and B) on the surface with a droplet discharge head 3 to form an alignment-layer train 4a, the lateral front end L1 of the train 4a is formed on the color filter (B) displaying blue. When the alignment-layer material is then applied to the following alignment-layer application train to form an alignment-layer train 4b, the lateral rear end L2 of the train 4b is overlapped with the lateral front end L1 of the preceding alignment-layer train 4a to form an overlapped portion 4c. Since the overlapped portion 4c is formed on the color filter (B) displaying blue which has the lowest visibility of the three primary colors of light, streak unevenness in alignment generated at the boundary is difficult to view from the exterior.

    摘要: To an aqueous PTFE polymer emulsion having a PTFE content of from 10 to 50 mass % obtained by emulsion polymerization of tetrafluoroethylene in the presence of an anionic perfluorocarboxylate surfactant (APFC), from 2 to 20 mass %, based on the mass of PTFE, of a nonionic surfactant having an average molecular weight of from 450 to 800 and an inorganic/organic property ratio of from 1.07 to 1.50 and from 10 to 800 mass %, based on the mass of PTFE, of water are added to obtain an aqueous PTFE dispersion having a PTFE content of from 1 to 40 mass % of PTFE, and then PTFE is concentrated by sedimenting the PTFE and separating a PTFE-rich aqueous dispersion composition from the supernatant. According to the present invention, a PTFE-rich aqueous dispersion composition having a low APFC concentration can be obtained.
