The radiographic image detector further includes a thin fluoride layer provided between the bias electrode and the recording photoconductive layer.

The intermediate layer is an a-Se layer containing, as a specific substance, at least one kind of substance selected from the group consisting of an alkali metal fluoride, an alkaline earth metal fluoride, an alkali metal oxide, an alkaline earth metal oxide, SiOx, and GeOx, where x represents a number satisfying 0.5≦x≦1.5, in a concentration falling within the range of 0.003 mol % to 0.03 mol %.

    摘要: A radiation detecting apparatus includes a flexible radiation detector for detecting radiation that has passed through a subject and converting the detected radiation into radiation image information. The flexible radiation detector includes a flexible substrate, and a plurality of solid block bodies mounted in a two-dimensional array on the flexible radiation detector. The radiation detecting apparatus is capable of avoiding excessive deformations in the radiation detector, and prevents image distortions of the radiation image information. The radiation detecting apparatus also prevents disconnections in the radiation detector. There is also provided a radiation image capturing system incorporating such a radiation detecting apparatus.

A TFT is provided which has a low OFF current and a high ON-OFF ratio, and is improved in environmental temperature dependency. Also, a display using the TFT is provided.

    摘要: A radiation image detector including the following in the order listed below: a charge storage layer that generates and stores charges by receiving a recording electromagnetic wave representing a radiation image; a photoconductive layer that generates charges by receiving readout light; and an electrode layer having a plurality of first line electrodes that transmits the readout light and is disposed in parallel at a predetermined distance. Further, a second line electrode having electrical continuity with the photoconductive layer is provided between each of the first electrodes, and an opaque line insulator that blocks the readout light is provided on each second line electrode on the side opposite to the photoconductive layer. The opaque line insulator has such a width that a side face portion of the opaque line insulator resides between the opposing side face portions of adjacent first and second line electrodes.
