摘要： A gas filter that has a simple structure and maintain the sealing effect of sealing members even at a high temperature is disclosed. The gas filter comprises a case with a gas inlet and a gas outlet, a ceramic filter placed in the case, sealing members for sealing gaps between the case and the filter and also for directing gas entering from the gas inlet so as not to bypass the filter before exiting, and an elastic member placed in the case for pressing the sealing members to ensure unfailing sealing.

A license server 221 transmits a utilization condition and a price table to a terminal 211. The terminal 211 has set contents stored in advance in a database 212. In an offline environment, the terminal 211 is capable of utilizing desired contents by using an electronic point count. The terminal 211 transmits information on contents used by the terminal 211 to the license server 221. The license server 221 collects a history of utilizations of contents in the terminal 211, extracts apparatus favorite contents for the terminal 211 from a database and properly transmits the favorite contents as well as price data reflecting changes in price to the terminal 211. The present invention is thus suitable for a system for providing contents.

When the gasket is placed between adjacent surfaces to be sealed of two objects, the sealing portion is engaged by the adjacent surfaces. The deformation stopper portion is engaged by the adjacent surfaces of the objects when the sealing portion has been deformed by a predetermined amount by the adjacent surfaces, thereby preventing excessive deformation of the sealing portion.

摘要： A washing and drying method and apparatus which uses a washing liquid such as pure water or a solvent of the hydrocarbon type but is very high in washing effect and drying effect and allows quick drying and hence a decrease of the drying time and besides can dry a workpiece of a complicated profile uniformly. A washing liquid tank in which washing liquid is accommodated is closed airtight, and the inside of the washing liquid tank is pressurized to a pressure higher than the atmospheric pressure with gas such as air or nitrogen while the washing liquid is heated to a temperature higher than the boiling point it has under the atmospheric pressure. A workpiece to be washed is immersed in the thus pressurized heated washing liquid to wash the same. The thus washed workpiece is moved from within the washing liquid tank into an evaporating drying chamber, which is subsequently isolated airtight from the washing liquid tank. Then, the inside of the evaporating drying tank is decompressed suddenly so that the washing liquid remaining sticking to the workpiece is evaporated at a moment.

摘要： In a gas filter, a ceramic honeycomb body has a plurality of gas passages. A sealing glass film is attached to the gas exit end face of the ceramic honeycomb body. A fine ceramic film is coated on the inside surface of each gas passage. A sealing member is adhered to the gas inlet and end face of the ceramic honeycomb body. The sealing member is made of a fine ceramic material the pores of which are smaller than the pores of the fine ceramic films. The sealing member has a gas channel in its end face at the gas inflow end such that gas which is introduced through the gas channel may pass into the gass passages from the exterior of the ceramic honeycomb body.
