    摘要: A piezoelectric sensor device has a piezoelectric body vibrator consisting of the piezoelectric body which is sandwiched by a pair of electrodes, a power source which applies a voltage to the piezoelectric body vibrator so as to get excited for vibration, means for monitoring electric constants to detect changes in electric constants accompanied by vibration of the piezoelectric body. The change in electric constants in the piezoelectric body is detected as a change in frequency for vibration of the piezoelectric body corresponding to an electric constant under the determined conditions. The piezoelectric sensor device has a means to obtain the frequency value from frequencies at not less than two points giving a determined electric constant. According to the piezoelectric sensor device the dispersion in measured values due to change in vibration aptness of vibration system and the polarization state of piezoelectric body vibrator can be made smaller.

    摘要: A method of inspecting a crack in a ceramic substrate that is not exposed on the surface. The method can detect all cracks and make objective judgement possible by expressing the inspection result as numerical data. Conductors are disposed on both faces of a ceramic substrate, wherein one of the conductors is a conductive liquid; the insulation resistance value or an electric property dependent on the insulation resistance is measured with the conductive liquid or other conductors electrically connected to the conductive liquid which are used as electrodes.

    摘要: Disclosed is an intramedullary nail used to unite the separated fragments of a fractured long bone. It has a C-shaped bar-like appearance having a flat front section seen from the direction of insertion as well as a connecting part and, if necessary, a slit in its distal portion. The flat section prevents the rotation of the nail and supports load; the connecting part is used to extract the nail out from the medullary canal; and a stopper for prevention of the rotation is attached to the slit. Such a nail exhibits a stable fixing effect.
