    摘要: A wireless communication apparatus performs bi-directional communication with an initiator. The apparatus is allocated an allocation period for data transmission from the initiator. The apparatus includes means for generating a first physical frame including an acknowledgement frame with respect to data received from the initiator, and generating a second physical frame in which a plurality of transmission data frames addressed to the initiator are aggregated. The apparatus also includes means for transmitting the first physical frame at a first transmission rate and the second physical frame at a second transmission rate, during the allocation period.

    摘要: A wireless device is capable of transmitting a plurality of frames to the same destination in parallel using a plurality of frequency channels. The wireless device includes: a first transmitter 21 which transmits a frame using a first frequency channel; a second transmitter 22 which transmits a frame using the second frequency channel; and a controller 43 which provides a frame stored in a buffer to the first transmitter if the first frequency channel is determined idle before the second frequency channel is determined idle. The controller 43 provides a frame stored in the buffer to the second transmitter if it is determined that a state that the second frequency channel is idle has continued for a second time before if it is determined that a state that the first frequency channel is idle has continued for a first time. The wireless device configured as above can prevent throughput reduction and suppress the occurrence of a delay beyond an allowable range.

    摘要: This is disclosed a communication apparatus. A receiving unit receives plural data frames which are transmitted from other communication apparatus. An error detection unit checks whether each data frame is received correctly or incorrectly. A determination unit estimates a first overhead and a second overhead and determines whether or not to send a block acknowledgement frame by comparing the first and the second overheads. The determination unit estimates the first overhead being caused by sending the block acknowledgement frame and the second overhead being caused by not sending the block acknowledgement frame. The receiving unit receives the data frames which are retransmitted from the other communication apparatus after a certain period of time has passed without sending the block acknowledgement frame, the data frames retransmitted from the other communication apparatus including both data frames which are correctly received and incorrectly received.
