    摘要: A process for the production of a fermentation starting material from cane molasses which comprises: inverting most of the sugar contained in cane molasses either enzymatically with invertase or with a mineral acid, passing the cane molasses containing invert sugar through a column containing a cation exchange resin, eluting invert sugar from the resin with water (pH 5-8), and obtaining an eluate fraction containing the invert sugar to be used as a carbon source for the production of L-glutamic acid by a fermentation technique.

    摘要: A brake control apparatus for a vehicle includes a brake apparatus of the drum brake type; an electromagnetic valve arranged in a conduit between a wheel cylinder and a master cylinder; and a detector for detecting one directional movement of the brake friction members of the brake apparatus due to a backward rotational force of a wheel and another directional movement of the brake friction members due to a forward rotational force of the wheel when the brake friction members are pressed to the frictional surface of the rotator. The brake friction members being able to move within a predetermine range in accordance with the torque of the wheel. The detector includes a slide anchor slidably fitted to a through hold in a stationary anchor, the brake friction members being engaged with the slide anchor, and an electrical switch for detecting the movement of the slide anchor. The valve being closed and opened by the detecting output of the electrical switch. The brake apparatus further includes a spring extended between a stationary part of the brake and a brake friction member such that the one friction member is always pushed to the slide anchor by the spring, so that the electrical switch is normally held in the OFF state.

    摘要: A master cylinder reservoir includes a cylindrical body having an open upper end. A cap is fitted on and removably secured to the body, the cap engaging the open end of the body at a lower end portion thereof. The cap has a mounting portion formed adjacent to the lower end portion thereof. The mounting portion defines together with the upper surface of the open end of the body a circumferential space. The mounting portion has a first surface disposed in opposed spaced relation to the upper surface of the open end of the body. The mounting portion has a second surface disposed in opposed relation to the outer surface of the upper end of the body. The outer surface of the upper end is spaced from the second surface adjacent to the upper surface of the body to form a circumferential recess. A diaphragm received in the cap and having a peripheral portion received in the circumferential space and held between the first surface of the mounting portion and the upper surface of the open end of the body. The peripheral portion having a circumferential bead formed on a lower surface thereof, the bead being held in sealing engagement with the upper surface of the open end of the body. The peripheral portion of the diaphragm has an engaging section depending from its outer edge. The engaging section is received in the circumferential recess for engagement with the outer surface of the upper end of the body.
