A tapping fitting, particularly a flap or ball cock, with a fitting housing made from plastic for connection to a drain spigot of a plastic container for liquids, particularly an interior container of a transport and storage container, wherein the fitting housing is provided with a conductive device at least part of which is made from electrically conductive plastic for dissipating an electrostatic charge, wherein the conductive device is the conductive device has an integrally conformed earthing conductor for the electrically conductive connection of the conductive device to a ground potential and is also connected integrally with the fitting housing.

A transport and storage container for liquids includes an inner container of plastic material, an outer casing of a metal mesh or sheet metal, and a pallet-like underframe. The container is configured for manipulation by a transport means. A bottom of sheet metal rests on corner and middle legs for supporting the inner container equipped with a closable filling socket and a drain socket for connection to a removal fitting, wherein the inner container has a drain bottom with a middle draining groove which extends with a slight downward inclination from the rear wall of the container to the drain socket arranged at the end wall of the container for connection of the removal fitting. The bottom of the underframe adapted to the bottom of the inner container is divided into two bottom sections which are inclined downwardly from the two longitudinal rims of the bottom in the direction toward the middle axis of the bottom and from the rear rim toward the front rim of the bottom, and wherein the two bottom portions are equipped with stiffening corrugations having corrugation troughs located in a common horizontal plane.

A pallet-like underframe has a base for supporting an inner container and corner feet mounted on a base frame on which the base of the underframe is mounted. The corner feet include a cup-shaped corner foot body having a front wall and cup parts formed to the side of a central axis of the front wall. The cup parts each comprise an inwardly bent edge web. The edge web includes an upper edge web section, a lower edge web section, and a lateral edge web section formed between the upper and the lower edge web section on a side edge of the front wall. The upper edge web section, the lateral edge web section, and the lower edge web section are configured to go over into one another continuously in edge web forming regions.

A fastening device for fastening a tube to a bearing structure, particularly a horizontal mesh frame tube of a mesh cage attached to a transport pallet used to hold a liquid container. To form the fastening device the tube has a fastening section with a zone flattened by compression and provided with a fastening hole to accommodate a fastening bolt connecting the fastening section to the bearing structure. The fastening hole has a perimeter shaped such that the perimeter defines a force application plane between a bolt head and the fastening section that is inclined at an angle α relative to a fastening plane in which the fastening section is connected to the bearing structure. The perimeter has a hole embrasure formed by an annular collar extending in the direction of a fastening axis, and which defines a bearing surface for the bolt head disposed in the force application plane.

A plastic outlet valve for containers for liquids has a valve housing having an inlet socket and a union nut for securing the inlet socket on an outlet socket of a container. An anti-twist device in the form of an outer annular cam arrangement with locking cams is arranged on the inlet socket of the valve housing. The locking cams interlock with locking cams of an inner annular cam arrangement of the outlet socket of the container. As an alternative, an adapter ring with inner and outer locking cams is provided. The adapter ring is slipped onto the insertion end of the inlet socket of the valve housing. The inner locking cams engage matching external longitudinal grooves of the inlet socket of the valve housing, and the outer locking cams engage matching inner longitudinal grooves provided on the outlet socket of the container.

A labeling plate, which is to be fastened to the outside surface of the outer cage of a shipping and storage tank for liquids, has an upper and lower frame section and two lateral frame sections, which project outwardly beyond the labeling area of the labeling plate and frame the labeling surface. The labeling areas of the labeling plates of two storage tanks standing side by side on a loading surface are kept spaced apart by the frame sections, so that damage to the labels pasted on the labeling areas of the labeling plates is avoided.

A transport and storage container for liquids has a support frame of electrically conducting metal or plastic material. An inner plastic container is positioned on the support frame and has an electrically conducting exterior layer for electrically grounding the outer surface of the inner container. The inner container has an outlet socket with an electrically conducting outer layer arranged near the bottom. The outlet socket is formed as a unitary part of the inner container and has an outer cylindrical end drawn inwardly to form an inner ring with an annular electrically conducting inner layer that is in contact with liquid in the inner container for electrically grounding the interior of the inner container. The electrically conducting inner and outer layers of the outlet socket and the external container layer form a homogenous electrically conducting layer providing inner and outer electric grounding.
