摘要： An abrasive disc assembly for a tool having an externally threaded, motor-driven spindle. The assembly includes an abrasive disc having a central bore formed therethrough and a male portion having an internally-threaded hub portion and a flange portion. The outer dimension of the hub portion is sized to be received within the central bore and the internally-threaded hub portion is enmeshingly engagable with the externally threaded, motor-driven spindle. The assembly further comprises an articulating locking finger extending from the male portion and having a retaining surface. The articulating locking finger is deflectable between a locked position and a deflected position. Finally, the assembly includes a female portion having a central cavity and an engagement surface. The central cavity receives the hub portion of the male portion such that the retaining surface of the articulating locking finger engages the engagement surface thereby releasably coupling the male portion to the female portion and retaining the abrasive disc therebetween.

摘要： A dust collector is disclosed for use with a drill bit or a depth stop that is coupled to a drill bit. The dust collector includes a rear attachment portion configured to be axially fixed to a drill bit or to a drill bit depth stop that is axially fixed to a drill bit. An intermediate non-collapsible portion is attached to a front end of the rear attachment portion. The intermediate non-collapsible portion defines a dust-collecting pocket and is structured to inhibit collapse as the drill bit is inserted into a workpiece. A front collapsible portion is attached to a front end of the intermediate non-collapsible portion and at least partially collapses as the drill bit is inserted into a workpiece.

摘要： A display package includes a blister assembly and a storage container. The blister assembly includes a front blister surface having a first opening therein and a rear blister surface coupled to the front blister surface and defining a first cavity. The storage container includes a first container portion secured within the first cavity, a second container portion hingedly coupled to the first container portion for pivotal displacement between an open position and a closed position, and a magnet fixed to an outer surface of the second container portion. The magnet is located at or beyond an outer perimeter of the blister assembly when the first container portion is secured within the first cavity. The magnet is configured to secure the display package to a metallic structure.

The first member is positioned on the second end. The first member is axially movable on the second end. A friction surface is on the first member. The friction surface is adapted to contact a base surface of the holesaw such that upon contact with the friction surface, the holesaw is fixed in position. The friction surface moves between a first contact position and a second release position. A mechanism on the first member moves the friction surface between the first and second position.

The sliding collar is magnetized to prevent withdrawal of the pin from the holesaw. A positioning member is in the pilot drill bore to provide a desired orientation of the pilot drill bit.

摘要： A compound miter saw includes a unique table assembly which incorporates an orientation system for a group of wear plates and a three position lock system. The wear plates between the table assembly and the base of the miter saw have a different configuration at each end which requires them to be assembled into the table saw with any burred edge being positioned away from the table assembly. The lock system incorporated into the table assembly is movable between three positions. The first position locks the table to the miter saw. The second position permits rotation of the table with a spring loaded detent system releasably locking the table at various miter angles. The third position permits rotation of the table with the spring loaded detent system being disengaged providing free movement of the table.
