    摘要: A cutting device main body with a saw blade in a tabletop cutting device, supported so as to be swingable in an up-to-down direction with respect to a table on which material to be cut is placed, aims to improve operability for attaching and detaching the battery. A sliding direction for attaching and detaching the battery is set to be a tilting direction angled with respect to an up-to-down moving direction of the cutting device main body in a surface direction of a cutting blade. Because of this configuration, all of an operation force for attaching and detaching the battery is not applied to the up-to-down moving direction of the cutting device main body. As a result, the cutting main body is not moved in an easy manner and operability for attaching and detaching the battery is improved.

The guard may also function as a wood stop and it may include anti-kickback pawls. The blade guard may be part of a dust collection system and may be connected to a vacuum system by a conduit such as a flexible hose.

    摘要: To provide a cutting machine that suppresses swinging of the cutting portion when the battery pack is attached or detached, the cutting machine includes a cutting portion, a base, and a swing support mechanism. The cutting portion includes: a motor, a motor housing accommodating the motor, an output shaft configured to be rotated upon rotation of the motor, a battery pack serving as a power source of the motor, and a battery pack attaching portion including a pair of rail portions with which the battery pack is engageable, where a cutting blade is configured to be detachably attached to the output shaft. The base has a contact surface on which a workpiece is configured to be placed. The swing support mechanism is connected to the base and the cutting portion and includes a swing shaft extending in parallel to the output shaft. The swing support mechanism supporting the cutting portion such that the cutting portion is swingable about the swing shaft between a top dead center and a bottom dead center in a direction parallel to a side surface of the cutting blade. The pair of rail portions extend in a direction crossing the side surface of the cutting blade.

    摘要: Disclosed is an electric mitre saw, comprising a base (1), a work bench (2), a saw mechanism, and a swing arm (4), wherein a plurality of layers of slide rails (5, 11) extending in a horizontal direction are provided on the swing arm (4), with the plurality of layers of slide rails (5, 11) being able to slide horizontally relative to each other by means of a slide block (6), a rotary shaft (10) is provided on one layer of the slide rails (11) farthest away from the swing arm (4), and the saw mechanism is rotatably connected to the rotary shaft (10). By means of the arrangement of the plurality of layers of slide rails (5, 11), the length of each layer of slide rails is relatively short, the manufacturing difficulty is reduced, there is a saving in the working space of the miter saw, and the packaging volume is reduced. When one layer of slide rails (5, 11) is respectively arranged at both sides of a saw blade (15), the end parts of two slide rails of each layer of slide rails (5, 11) are able to be connected by a connecting seat (8, 14), thus facilitating the improvement of parallelism of the two slide rails (5, 11), and providing a greater cutting travel. A gripping space is also formed between the two layers of slide rails (5, 11), such that observation during cutting is convenient.
