    摘要: A license-data transmitter (in a case of recording, a recording device 100 serves as a license-data transmitter, and in a case of readout, a storage device 200 serves as a license-data transmitter) verifies a certificate C[KPdx] (the license-data receiver and the license-data transmitter will be represented by “x” and “y”, respectively) of a license-data receiver (in a case of recording, a storage device 200 serves as a license-data receiver, and in a case of readout, a reproducing device 300 serves as a license-data receiver), following which the license-data transmitter transmits a certificate C[KPdy] thereof to the license-data receiver in the form of challenge information E(KPdx, Kcy)//C[KPdy]. Then, the license-data receiver verifies the certificate C[KPdy] of the license-data transmitter. Only in a case that the license-data transmitter device has been authorized, the license-data receiver transmits the session information E(Kcy, E(KPdy, Ksx)//KPpx) to the license-data transmitter in response to the challenge information. The license-data transmitter provides the license data to the license-data receiver using the key Ksx and KPpx thus received.

    摘要: A log region (1415A) and a license region (1415B) are arranged in a memory of a memory card. The license region (1415B) stores licenses such as license IDs and license keys Kc as well as validity flags corresponding to entry numbers 0-(N−1). The log region (1415A) includes a receive log (70) and a send log (80). The memory card serving as a sender of the license accepts a receive state from the memory card on a receiver side, and validates the validity flag of a region designated by the entry number in the send log (8) when the receive state is ON. Consequently, even when communication is interrupted during shifting or copying of the license, the license to be shifted or copied can be restored.

The gas diffusion layer base material may be a carbon fiber woven fabric, wherein a ratio of the area of gap portions where neither warp thread nor weft thread exists: (10/W−Y)(10/Z−X) to the area of portions where warp thread is crossing weft thread: XY mm2 is in the range of about 1/1500 to about 1/5, where the carbon fiber woven fabric has a warp density of Z threads/cm, a weft density of W threads/cm, a warp thickness of X mm and a weft thickness of Y mm.
