摘要： There is provided a hologram recording and reproducing apparatus for a hologram recording medium that stores optical interference fringes therein as a diffraction grating generated by coherent reference light and signal light. The hologram recording and reproducing apparatus includes a control circuit that is connected to a spatial light modulator and controls each pixel in such a way that the reference light is modulated according to information data to produce the signal light. The control circuit spatially classifies a plurality of pixels in the spatial light modulator into a central modulation area disposed on the optical axis and at least one annular modulation area sequentially disposed around the central modulation area in a concentric manner, and controls the pixels in the central modulation area and the pixels in the annular modulation area using respective different recording modulation methods to deliver the signal light through the central modulation area and the annular modulation area.

摘要： A holographic record carrier is capable of recording or reproducing information by irradiating light. The holographic record carrier is comprised of a holographic recording layer for storing an optical interference pattern produced by a signal light component of a coherent reference light and a signal light as a diffraction grating therein; a reflective layer stacked on the holographic recording layer in the opposite side of the light incidence side; and a plurality of non-reflective regions arranged on the reflective layer in the same interval as the record-interval of the diffraction grating.

In the brake disc, two brake disc plates are laminated so as to slide on each other by vibration during braking, and specifications relating to one or more selected from lightening holes, plate thickness, diameter, and warpage are made different from each other between the brake disc plates. In addition, lightening holes are formed on at least one of the brake disc plates, and one or more specifications selected from the number of lightening holes, the shapes of the lightening holes, the sizes of the lightening holes, and the arrangement positions of the lightening holes are made different from each other between the brake disc plates.
