    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices related to digital wireless communication are described. An illustrative method of wireless communication includes indicating, by a communication device, power control information based on a plurality of parameter sets via downlink control information (DCI). The power control information is used for indicating transmission power on a resource, and the plurality of parameter sets are predefined for the resource.

    Abstract: Methods, apparatus, and systems for enabling a flexible frequency hopping mechanism are described. In one example aspect, a wireless communication method is disclosed. The method includes receiving, by a communication device, a first message from a network device. The first message comprises a list of frequency hopping offsets and a value indicating a number of repetitions of a data transmission. The method also includes receiving, by the communication device, a second message selecting a frequency hopping offset from the list of frequency hopping offsets and applying multiple frequency hopping offsets to the number of repetitions of the data transmission. The multiple frequency offsets are determined according to a rule associated with the selected frequency hopping offset.

    Abstract: A detection circuit for instantaneous voltage drop and an on-board diagnostic system. The detection circuit comprises two RC circuits, each of the RC circuits comprises a first resistor, a second resistor, and an energy storage capacitor; a first end of the first resistor is used for receiving a to-be-detected voltage, and a second end thereof is connected to a first end of the second resistor; the energy storage capacitor is connected in parallel with the second resistor; the first end of the second resistor forms an output end of the RC circuit, and the output end is connected to an input end of the comparator; an output end of the comparator is connected to the determination unit; in the two RC circuits, the resistance ratios of the second resistors to the first resistors are different, the capacitances of the energy storage capacitors are different.

One method includes performing a first transmission using a first set of resources in a first bandwidth, and subsequently performing a second transmission using a second set of resources in a second bandwidth, where the first bandwidth is greater than the second bandwidth, where the first and second set of resources are identified by a first and second value, respectively, and where a bit representation of the first value is a zero-padded version of a bit representation of the second value on either the most significant bit (MSB) or the least significant bit (LSB).

    Abstract: The disclosure discloses an air deflection plug-in box for a forced air-cooled cabinet. The air deflection plug-in box includes a front vertical plate with one or more vent holes, a rear vertical plate with one or more vent holes, two side vertical plates with hangers and an air deflection diaphragm arranged to isolate air areas, wherein the front vertical plate, the rear vertical plate, the two side vertical plates and the air deflection diaphragm are fixedly connected into a whole to distinctively guide cold airflow on one side of the air deflection diaphragm and guide hot airflow on the other side of the air deflection diaphragm. One or more thermal barriers are also arranged on at least one surface of the air deflection diaphragm, and each thermal barrier is made from thermal insulation material.
