摘要: A vehicle control system includes a central ECU configured to calculate target outputs of actuators, and relay devices each disposed in a communication path between the central ECU and a corresponding actuator among the actuators. The plurality of relay devices includes a specific relay device configured transfer a control signal from the central ECU only to a fixed actuator that is an actuator not related to driving control, braking control, and steering control of a vehicle. The specific relay device is configured to output, to the fixed actuator coupled to the specific relay device, one of a signal for setting the fixed actuator in an operating state or a signal for setting the fixed actuator in a non-operating state, in response to detection of an abnormality in the central ECU. The specific relay device does not have a function of diagnosing an abnormality in the specific relay device.

摘要: An in-vehicle device includes a first controller and a second controller. The first controller includes at least one physical core for executing a first unit related to control of hardware and a second unit related to provision of a service. The second controller starts the first controller in response to occurrence of a start trigger. The first controller starts the first unit, and then starts the second unit when the first controller is started by the second controller. The first unit and the second unit are restarted when an abnormality of the first unit is detected by the second controller or an abnormality of the second unit is detected by the first unit. The first unit, the second unit and the second controller are restarted when an abnormality of the second controller is detected by the second controller.

摘要: Performing in-vehicle network diagnostics is provided. A cloud system receives wiring diagnostic data from a vehicle. The wiring diagnostic data includes information with respect to electrical operation of a plurality of segments of wiring of the vehicle. A machine-learning model of the cloud system is utilized to analyze the wiring diagnostic data. Responsive to the machine-learning model identifying an issue with the electrical operation based on the wiring diagnostic data, a response is sent from the cloud system to the vehicle, the response including one or more corrective actions to be performed by the vehicle to address the issue.

The system includes a plurality of daughter cards, each removably connected to a respective zonal aggregator. Each respective daughter card includes a respective controller that controls a respective component of the equipped vehicle and the respective component controlled by the respective controller is based on a location of the respective zonal aggregator and respective daughter card within the equipped vehicle.

摘要: An electrical power distribution system includes a first power bus operating in a first voltage range and a second power bus operating in the first voltage range. A first eFuse circuit selectively couples a power source to the first power bus. A second eFuse circuit selectively couples the power source to the second power bus. A first accumulator is coupled to a first node between the first eFuse circuit and the first power bus. A second accumulator is electrically coupled to a second node between the second eFuse circuit and the second power bus. The first eFuse circuit opens in response to a first electrical fault at the first power bus, and the second power bus is powered with the power source or the first accumulator. The second eFuse circuit opens in response to a second electrical fault at the second power bus, and the first power bus is powered with the power source or the first accumulator.

摘要: A method includes receiving a handwheel angle signal, generating a handwheel speed signal and a handwheel acceleration signal, and synchronizing the handwheel speed signal and the handwheel acceleration signal. The method also includes delaying the handwheel angle signal, calculating a sum of the delayed handwheel angle signal and a phase value, converting the sum of the delayed handwheel angle signal and the phase value to radians, determining an offset correction value by calculating a sine function value of the converted sum of the operator torque estimation signal and the phase value, calculating a product of the offset correction value and a calibratable value of an offset mass magnitude, adjusting the operator torque estimation signal by adding the product and the calibratable value of an offset mass magnitude, and determining whether hands of an operator of the vehicle are on the handwheel based on the adjusted operator torque estimation signal.
