    Abstract: The present disclosure describes methods, system, and devices for controlling transmission power. One method includes performing, by a user equipment (UE), transmission power control for uplink (UL) transmission by: receiving, by the UE, a message corresponding to the transmission power control; determining, by the UE, a power control parameter according to the message; and transmitting, by the UE, the UL transmission with a transmission power according to the power control parameter. Another method includes configuring, by a base station, transmission power control for UL transmission by: transmitting, by the base station to a UE, a message corresponding to the transmission power control, so that the UE is configured to determine a power control parameter according to the message; and receiving, by the base station from the UE, the UL transmission with a transmission power according to the power control parameter.

    Abstract: This document relates to wireless communication involving a network device determining, and a user device receiving, a first physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) configuration for a first downlink (DL) bandwidth part (BWP) and a second PDCCH configuration for a first sub-band within an uplink (UL) BWP or within the DL BWP. The network device transmits, and the user device receives, a PDCCH in the first sub-band according to the second PDCCH configuration, or the network device receives, and the user device transmits, an UL transmission in the UL BWP or in a second sub-band. Also, a network device configures a DL sub-band within an UL BWP and an UL sub-band within a DL BWP, the user device receives the DL sub-band and UL sub-band configurations, and the network device and user device perform a DL transmission in the DL sub-band or an UL transmission in the UL sub-band.

    Abstract: Wireless communications techniques are disclosed, specifically for narrowband communication. One example method includes determining, by a network device, a first bandwidth for narrowband communication, wherein the first bandwidth is less than or equal to a default bandwidth. For example, the default bandwidth may be 5 MHz while narrowband communications operate over a smaller bandwidth, such as 3 or 3.6 MHz. The method further includes transmitting, to a wireless device, information indicative of the first bandwidth. In some implementations, determining the first bandwidth includes determining a starting location and a number of set of consecutive resource blocks, where the set of consecutive resource blocks are included in a control resource set for Type0 Physical Downlink Control Channel Common Search Space (CORESET 0) bandwidth or a Synchronization Signal Block (SSB) bandwidth.
