    Abstract: The present disclosure describes methods, system, and devices for configuring measurement subband configuration for interference measurement and reporting. One method includes determining, by a user equipment (UE), a measurement subband (MSB) configuration for interference measurement and reporting, the MSB configuration comprising at least one of size information and division information of a plurality of MSBs in a frequency range, the frequency range comprising an uplink (UL) subband; and transmitting, by the UE, feedback information to a base station, the feedback information comprising measurement result for at least one MSB in the plurality of MSBs. Another method includes receiving, by a base station from a UE, an MSB configuration; and receiving, by the base station, feedback information from the UE.

An example wireless communication method includes performing, by a communication device, transmissions on a plurality of random access channels; and receiving a message in response to the transmissions on the plurality of random access channels, where a transmission beam with which the communication device is to perform a subsequent transmission after the message is received is identified by information with which the message is scrambled, is identified by information included in the message, or is associated with a time domain location of the message, and where the transmission beam is used for a transmission of a random access channel from the plurality of random access channels.

    Abstract: This disclosure is directed to resource scheduling/signaling in a wireless cellular access network and is specifically directed to a mechanism for resource scheduling in a multi-cell and carrier aggregation environment for a User Equipment (UE) by a wireless base station with enhanced scheduling efficiency. The various example embodiments are particularly directed to multi-cell downlink resource scheduling/signaling by the base station and blind monitoring of the corresponding scheduling/signaling messages by a wireless terminal device. The general mechanism includes using a single Downlink Control Information (DCI) message to schedule resources for multiple cells for the UE. In addition, the mechanism includes using any one of the multiple cells as a scheduling cell to carry the single DCI message by the base station. Various schemes are implemented such that a maximum number of blind decoding by the UE to monitor the scheduling DCI is not increased over a normal single-cell scheduling scheme.
