The lower surface includes a first portion between the connection portion and a side of the second corner portion and a second portion between the connection portion and a rear of the second corner portion with a space between the first portion and the second portion. An intersection of the connection portion and the lower surface includes a third portion that is a part of an edge forming the space between the first portion and the second portion.

摘要： A tape cassette that includes a housing having a top surface, a bottom surface, a front wall, a tape feed exit located on the front wall, and an arm portion formed by the front wall and an arm rear surface behind the front wall. The arm portion partially surrounds an opening extending from the top surface to the bottom surface behind the front wall, and a tape feed path passes through the arm portion from an upstream portion of the arm portion to a downstream end of the arm portion. The tape cassette also has a tape included at least partially in the housing and configured to be fed along the tape feed path extending to the tape feed exit, and a first aperture formed on a bottom edge of the front wall and positioned downstream of an upstream end of the opening.

摘要： An ink ribbon cartridge may include a supply roll; a winding roll; and a power transmission mechanism to transmit power from a drive source to the supply roll and the winding roll. A direction in which an ink ribbon is wound by the winding roll is a ribbon winding direction and a direction in which the ink ribbon is wound by the supply roll is a ribbon rewinding direction. The power transmission mechanism may include a winding side one-way clutch to transmit a driving force in the ribbon winding direction to the winding roll and cut off transmission of the driving force in the ribbon rewinding direction to the winding roll; and a supply side one-way clutch to transmit the driving force in the ribbon rewinding direction to the supply roll and cuts off transmission of the driving force in the ribbon winding direction to the supply roll.

摘要： A tape cartridge is detachably installed on a cartridge installation portion of a tape printing apparatus having a platen supporting shaft and a printing head, a base end of the platen supporting shaft being fixed to the cartridge installation portion at one end of the platen supporting shaft and extending in an attaching/detaching direction of the tape cartridge. The tape cartridge has a platen roller through which the platen supporting shaft passes when the tape cartridge is installed on the cartridge installation portion and which receives a pressing force from the printing head when a printing operation is performed in a state in which the tape cartridge is installed on the cartridge installation portion, and a fitting portion in which a tip end of the platen supporting shaft passing through the platen roller fits when the tape cartridge is installed on the cartridge installation portion.

摘要： A printer includes a cassette mounting portion, a feed portion, a print head, a mechanical sensor, and a sensor holding portion. The cassette mounting portion is configured such that a tape cassette can be removably mounted therein. The tape cassette includes a tape and an indicator portion indicating a type of the tape. The feed portion is configured to feed, along a specified feed path, the tape contained in the tape cassette mounted in the cassette mounting portion. The print head is configured to perform printing on the tape fed by the feed portion. The mechanical sensor is configured to detect the type of the tape indicated by the indicator portion. The mechanical sensor includes a plurality of switch terminals and a switch holding portion. The sensor holding portion is configured to hold the mechanical sensor and to be moved between a first position and a second position.
