摘要: A recycling bin has left and right sidewalls, a base, and front wall. The front wall is lower than the other three walls, and when two bins are stacked in a 0° stacking configuration, the lower front wall of the lower bin and a sloped surface on the lower portion of the upper bin create a recyclable receiving chute. When stacked, the upper bin is held to the lower bin by a combination of a channel on the lower rear portion of the base fitting over a handle resting upon an upper portion of the rear wall. A lower lip on the lower portion of the rear wall aligns with the handle and substantially prevents frontwards and backwards motion of the upper bin. A portion of the handle fits within a top open portion of the rear wall. The bin also has a plurality of inverted “V” shaped liner retainers.

摘要: A bin and method for its use in recycling residential recyclable materials are described. The bin comprises a left and right sidewall, a base, and front wall; the front wall is lower than the other three walls, and when two bins are stacked in a 0° stacking configuration, the lower front wall of the lower bin and a sloped surface on the lower portion of the upper bin create a recyclable receiving chute that accepts recyclable materials freely. When in the stacked configuration, the upper bin is substantially securely held to the lower bin by a combination of a channel on the lower rear portion of the base that fits over a handle that rests upon on upper portion of the rear wall. Furthermore, a lower lip on the lower portion of the rear wall aligns with the handle and substantially prevents front-wards and backwards motion of the upper bin. The handle can facilitate retention of the liner as well, by holding the liner against the upper portion of the rear wall. The rear wall comprises a top open portion within which a portion of the handle can fit, thereby forming a substantially planar surface among the upper portions of the left and right sidewalls, and the handle. A plurality of inverted “V” shaped liner retainers secure liners to help prevent their being dragged into the interior portion of the bin.

摘要: A nestable crate for bottles includes a floor portion having a floor top surface, a floor bottom surface and a plurality of bottle support areas. A wall structure is connected to the floor portion and forms a containment area therewith. The wall structure has a peripherally extending upper band portion with an interior surface and an exterior surface, and also has a single-walled lower wall construction comprising adjacent column members which extend between the upper band the and floor portion. The wall structure includes sidewalls and end walls, and adjacent column members have curved facing surfaces extending inwardly into the containment area. The inner surface of the upper band portion, one of the plurality of bottle support areas, and the facing surfaces define a plurality of bottle receiving pockets extending around the periphery of the wall structure.

摘要: The invention relates to a stackable transport container which is adapted, when in a full condition filled with products, to be stacked with other transport containers on top of each other, or, when in an empty condition, to be placed together with other transport containers inside one another. In the left side wall and in the right side wall, respectively, grooves (602 a-f) are formed which respectively have upper openings and lower groove stops. At the outside surface of the left side wall and at the outside surface of the right side wall, respectively, several guide pegs (600 a-f) are formed. In a horizontal direction, the distances between the guide pegs are different from the distances between the upper openings (603 a-f) of the grooves, thus preventing an upper transport container being inadvertently placed inside a lower transport container. Further, the distances between the guide pegs are chosen that placement of an upper container inside a lower container is possible in one direction only.

摘要: A container adapted to nest and tier with like containers, with the container having a bottom wall and side walls extending upwardly from the bottom wall and terminating in a top edge extending around the container, and with there being provided tiering means projecting laterally of the ends of the container for tiering the container on the top edge of a like container with at least a portion of the ends of the container being open, and with one container being adapted to be entered into the first container in a tilted position so that the tiering means on the entering container passes through one of the open ends and beneath the overlying upper edge of the receiving container, and then the entering container is moved generally vertically downwardly into nested relation into the receiving container.

摘要: A receptacle is provided for transporting, storing and displaying bakery, and other products. The receptacle is constructed so that it may be stacked on or nested into other like receptacles without any need to slide or rotate the receptacles with respect to one another; so that the receptacles may be conveniently stacked by automatic equipment at the bakery, and stacked or nested on route trucks where space is at a premium.
