    摘要： A raised-level, built-in cooking devices has a muffle and a bottom-sided muffle opening that can be closed by a lowerable bottom door. A drive device has at least one tensile element which is connected to the bottom door. The tensile element is subject to a tensile force counter to the weight of the bottom door. In order to maintain the tensile element such that it is sufficiently taut, a tensile stress device is associated with the tensile element, whereupon a minimum value of the tensile force is maintained in the tensile element when the tensile force is relieved.

    摘要： A raised-level built-in cooking appliance, such as a wall-mounted oven, has a housing with a cooking chamber that is downwardly open. A floor chamber opening is selectively closed by a lowerable trapdoor. A door guide enables the bottom door to be lowered along a lifting path. The trapdoor guide has a first guide element on the housing side and a second guide element on the trapdoor side. In addition, at least one intermediate element is provided so that the trapdoor may be lowered over as long a lifting path as possible. The intermediate element connects the first guide element to the second guide element and extends the lifting path of the trapdoor.

    摘要： A cabinet for mounting to a wall or ceiling with downward extendable and retractable shelving assembly is provided. The cabinet includes a housing having an open bottom. Disposed within the housing is a shelving assembly having a plurality of shelves. A novel combination of a tension gas spring and telescoping drawer glides are used for mounting the shelving assembly to the housing. When items are needed from the cabinet, the shelving is pulled down until all the shelves are exposed. When access is no longer needed, a light tap to the bottom of the shelving assembly causes the tension gas spring to smoothly retract the shelving assembly back into the housing.
