    Abstract: A ground clamp for rotatably connecting a welding cable to a workpiece which permits the workpiece to be rotated during welding while the portion of the clamp to which the cable is clamped remains substantially stationary so that the cable is not wrapped around the workpiece.     Abstract: An articulated coupling of the universal type for connecting the ends of two electrically conductive parts comprises two U-shaped yokes orientated at an angle of 90* relatively to each other and fixed respectively to the parts to be connected, and a connection piece located between the legs of the yokes having a prismatic configuration such as to establish an electrically conducting connection between the side faces of the connection piece and the adjoining inside faces of the yokes. The electrical connection between the prismatic connection piece and the yokes is accomplished by means of pre-stressed arcuate spring strips or plate springs.

    Abstract: An electrical strip cable assembly comprising a thin flat strip of flexible insulating material having a pressure-sensitive adhesive coating on a surface thereof for supporting a pair of metal foil conductors bonded thereto and further having a receptacle at an end of the strip for connecting the cable assembly to larger conventional cables. The receptacle includes a pair of terminals respectively connected to each of the conductors with each terminal comprising a generally elongated cylindrical member having a substantially flat surface portion in contact with its corresponding foil conductor. Each terminal is attached to its respective foil conductor by conductive tabs extending from the terminal through the foil conductor and bent to secure the terminal to the conductor. An on/off switch for the cable assembly is provided with a gradually sloping base having a pair of metal conductors on the upper side thereof which are adapted to mate with the foil conductors of the cable.
