摘要: A dynamic balance device for a press machine includes a plurality of cam portions which transmit a vertical motion of a slide to a balance weight to move the balance weight in a reverse direction of the vertical motion of the slide. The cam portions are each movable in a direction substantially orthogonal to a moving direction of the slide, and each include a first inclined surface and a second inclined surface. The first inclined surface has an inclination angle corresponding to an inclination angle of an inclined surface formed on a member which is provided integrally with the slide and vertically moves with the slide. The second inclined surface has an inclination angle corresponding to an inclination angle of an inclined surface formed on the balance weight.

摘要: A pressing assembly includes a button, a first connection portion, a receiving portion, a first elastic element, a pressing rod, and a pressing portion. The first connection portion includes a first end movably connected to the button and a second end connected to the receiving portion. The receiving portion defines a receiving space. A part of the pressing rod is movably received in the receiving space. The first elastic element is received in the receiving space. One end of the first elastic element is fixed, another end of the first elastic element resists the pressing rod. The pressing portion is connected to the pressing rod.

摘要: A controller is configured to adjust, by increasing or decreasing an amount of a lubricant mixed with the powdery material, an amount of a lubricant applied to an inner circumference of a die bore and tips, or a time to mix the lubricant to be mixed with the powdery material and the powdery material, in accordance with whether or not the molded product has defectiveness, a pressure applied to the lower punch pushing the molded product out of the die bore, a temperature of the die bore, the upper punch, or the lower punch, a temperature of the powdery material, or a humidity of the powdery material.

摘要: A die clearance monitoring system includes a light source, a light detector, and a controller. The light source is disposed along a front side of a die set of a crimping device and emits light towards the die set. The die set includes a first crimp die and a second crimp die that engage and crimp an object along a crimp stroke. The light detector is disposed along a rear side of the die set. The light detector receives the emitted light from the light source that traverses across the die set through a gap defined between the first and second crimp dies and generates light absorption data based on the emitted light that is received. The controller is communicatively connected to the light detector. The controller processes the light absorption data to determine a relative spacing between the first crimp die and the second crimp die.

摘要: A baling press has a horizontal construction, for compaction of loose material, a pressing channel having a fill-in opening, a pressing plate that can be displaced in the pressing channel, a pressing surface that stands in contact with the material to be compacted, multiple hydraulic cylinders coupled with electro-hydraulic drive assemblies for generating a pressing force, for advancing the pressing plate for the purpose of introducing the pressing force into the filled-in material, as well as for returning the pressing plate to a starting position, and a control and regulation system configured for monitoring the spatial orientation of the pressing surface and keeping it constant during the advancing movement of the pressing plate.

摘要: A method for removing vapors generated by a processing device presenting reduced risk to human handlers includes placing a vapor removing device in a feed area of the processing device. The vapor removing device includes a connecting plate and at least one vapor removing element each connected to one surface of the connecting plate. The vapor removing device is lifted robotically from the feed area and placed into the processing device. Then, the vapor removing element directly removes vapors generated by the processing device when the processing device starts to work, the device being robotically taken out of the processing device and placed back in the feed area.
