Abstract: Provided are a method and device for transmitting MSG3 in a random access procedure in a wireless communication system. A user equipment (UE) determines a frequency resource for transmitting MSG3 in a random access procedure and transmits the MSG3 to a network via the frequency resource. The starting position of the frequency resource is the smallest physical resource block (PRB) of an active uplink (UL) bandwidth part (BWP), and the bandwidth of the frequency resource is the same as the bandwidth of an initial UL BWP.

Abstract: One disclosure of the present specification provides a user equipment method. The method comprises the steps of: receiving a time division duplex (TDD) uplink (UL)-downlink (DL) configuration from a frequency division duplex (FDD)-based primary cell; receiving downlink data from at least one secondary cell; determining an uplink subframe of the primary cell to transmit a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) acknowledgement (ACK)/negative-acknowledgement (NACK) for the received downlink data, which is transmitted from the at least one secondary cell, according to the TDD UL-DL configuration; and transmitting the HARQ ACK/NACK from the determined uplink subframe to the primary cell.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for handling overlap of multiple channels in a wireless communication system is provided. A user equipment (UE), which operates in half-duplex frequency division duplex (FDD), determines that a periodic uplink (UL) transmission collides with a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) reception in a subframe, and performs either the periodic UL transmission or the PDSCH reception in the subframe. When the periodic UL transmission corresponds to a semi-persistent scheduled (SPS) physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH), the PDSCH reception is performed.

Abstract: According to one embodiment of the present invention, a method by which a terminal configured to have two or more processing times transmits a hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgment (HARQ-ACK) in a wireless communication system comprises the steps of: receiving, from a base station, a downlink control channel for indicating a downlink data channel, and the downlink data channel in one or more downlink subframes; and transmitting, to the base station, HARQ-ACK information on the downlink data channel in an uplink subframe corresponding to the one or more downlink subframes, wherein the HARQ-ACK information transmitted in the uplink subframe includes HARQ-ACK information on a downlink data channel in accordance with only one processing time among the two or more processing times, and cannot include HARQ-ACK information on a downlink data channel in accordance with the rest processing times.
