    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment may perform an initial random access channel (RACH) attempt by transmitting, to a base station, an initial request message of an initial two-step RACH procedure; and perform an additional RACH attempt, using an alternative two-step RACH procedure, based at least in part on determining that an initial response message, corresponding to the initial request message, of the two-step RACH procedure is not received during an initial random access response window.     Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for managing transmit power control. In one aspect, a wireless device may receive a message including a path loss value and may transmit a signal to a UL Rx point using an uplink transmit power associated with the received path loss value. In another aspect, a wireless device may receive a reference signal, and a message including an offset value, and may transmit a signal to a UL Rx point using an uplink transmit power including a downlink path loss value associated with the reference signal minus the offset value.     Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus for wireless communication. In one aspect, a multi-transmit-receive point (TRP) approach for hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) acknowledgment (ACK) feedback using counter downlink assignment indicators (DAIs) (cDAIs) and total DAIs (tDAIs) is provided. For example, some techniques and apparatuses described herein may provide a joint counting method in which cDAIs and tDAIs are implemented and tracked jointly between the TRPs of a multi-TRP group. This may be useful in the ideal backhaul scenario when the multi-TRP group is jointly scheduled, and may be more robust against errors than a separate counting method. Some techniques and apparatuses described herein may provide a separate counting method, in which cDAIs and tDAIs are implemented and tracked separately by the respective TRPs of a multi-TRP group.
