Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for a terminal to perform a radio link monitoring in a wireless communication system for supporting a sidelink, the method comprising: a step of setting a beam failure recovery (BFR) parameter for a plurality of services on the basis of service attributes, for each service; and a step of independently sensing a beam failure for at least one beam corresponding to each service on the basis of a block error ratio (BLER) threshold value included in the BFR parameter and the number of beam failure instances (BFIs).

Abstract: A method and apparatus for managing measurement results for early measurement in a wireless communication system is provided. A wireless device receives, from a network, measurement configuration for early measurement, wherein the measurement configuration includes 1) a first frequency group for a first Radio Access Technology (RAT), and 2) a second frequency group for a second RAT. A wireless device transmits a measurement report including the measurements results of only one of the first frequency group and the second frequency group. A wireless device discards the stored measurement results of the other one of the first frequency group and the second frequency group which are not transmitted to the network.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a measurement handling in wireless communications. According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method performed by a wireless device in a wireless communication system, the method comprises: receiving information for a validity timer from a network; starting the validity timer to be expired at a first expiration time point based on the information; while the validity timer is running, performing a measurement on one or more neighbor cells and performing cell reselections; determining a mobility state based on a number of the cell reselections; adjusting, based on the mobility state, the first expiration time point to a second expiration time point of the validity timer that is currently running; and stopping the measurement upon reaching the second expiration time point.
