    Abstract: Aspects described herein relate to receiving downlink control information (DCI) scheduling or activating shared channel resources, determining, based on a first one in a set of multiple possible dynamic beta offsets included in a dynamic beta offset configuration, a beta offset for determining a number of the shared channel resources to be used to transmit uplink control information (UCI), and transmitting a shared data channel over the shared data channel resources, the shared data channel including the UCI. Other aspects relate to transmitting the DCI and receiving the shared data channel.

    Abstract: A first UE may select, based on a resource pool configuration for a sidelink communication, at least one of a first slot in time or a second slot in time of a plurality of slots. The plurality of slots may be associated with DMRS bundling. The first UE may configure, based on the DMRS bundling, at least one of one or more symbols in the first slot in time from a gap symbol to a non-gap symbol or one or more symbols in the second slot in time from an AGC symbol to a non-AGC symbol. The first UE may transmit, to a second UE, an indication of the configuration of the at least one of the one or more symbols in the first slot in time or the one or more symbols in the second slot in time.

    Abstract: A low complexity user equipment (UE) may be in communication with another UE (e.g., with a premium UE or more capable UE) via a device-to-device communication link (e.g., via sidelink), and the low complexity UE may leverage the device-to-device link to improve (e.g., simplify, expedite, etc.) random access procedures performed by the low complexity UE. For example, a low complexity UE may request contention free random access (CFRA) resources via the device-to-device link with another UE. Another device (e.g., another UE in device-to-device communication with the low complexity UE) may receive the request from the low complexity UE and forward the request to the network (e.g., to a base station). The network may then configure CFRA resources for the low complexity UE. Upon receiving the CFRA configuration, the low complexity UE may perform a random access procedure (e.g., a CFRA procedure) with the network (e.g., with the base station) accordingly.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive an indication of one or more sets of contiguous time domain resources for a multi-slot transmission occasion that spans at least multiple slots. The UE may select, for one or more codeblocks of a communication on the multi-slot transmission occasion, coded bits of a plurality of coded bits on a per slot basis for each of the multiple slots, wherein start locations for bit selection for each of the multiple slots are determined independently from one another. The UE may interleave the coded bits to form one or more interleaved encoded bit sequences of the one or more codeblocks. The UE may transmit the communication including the one or more interleaved encoded bit sequences. Numerous other aspects are described.

    Abstract: A UE receives, from a base station or a component of the base station, at least one DL grant after a reception of an UL grant, the at least one DL grant being associated with a DL cDAI value and a DL tDAI value, the UL grant being associated with an UL tDAI value and scheduling a plurality of PUSCH repetitions. The UE calculates a total number of DL grants sent to the UE based on the DL cDAI value. The UE adjusts the total number of DL grants if there is a difference between the total number of DL grants and the UL tDAI value. The UE transmits, to the base station, a HARQ codebook in at least one of the plurality of PUSCH repetitions, a size of the HARQ codebook being based on the adjusted total number of DL grants.

    Abstract: CG-based sidelink beamforming alignment is disclosed. The initiator UE may receive, from a base station, a CG indicating one or more CG resources for a beamforming alignment procedure. The initiator UE may transmit, to at least one responder UE via one or more Tx beams on the one or more CG resources, beam-sweeping SCI for the beamforming alignment procedure. The beam-sweeping SCI may include at least one of: a Tx beam index, a time period to monitor for beam-feedback SCI, or a time window including CG occasions for a same beam transmission of ACK SCI. The initiator UE may monitor, over the time period, for beam-feedback SCI from the at least one responder UE. The initiator UE may receive, from the at least one responder UE, the beam-feedback SCI within the time period.
