Abstract: Vehicle roof having a roof skin which encloses a roof cutout, in which a fixed roof element and a roof opening are formed, by an inner edge and to a roof opening system having a lid element and displacement kinematics. On the inner edge of the roof skin, a weatherstrip arrangement is disposed which has a longitudinal leg and a front transverse leg and a rear transverse leg on either side. Starting from the front transverse leg, the longitudinal legs each comprise a first profile portion and a second profile portion, which interacts with the fixed roof element and is wider than the first profile portion. The longitudinal legs each comprise a third profile portion, which is disposed rearward of the second profile portion. The third profile portion is narrower than the second profile portion and transitions into the rear transverse leg.

The at least one environment sensor is displaceable between a retracted position and a deployed position. A weather strip is disposed circumferentially at the opening, and the at least one environment sensor may have a cover which is in contact with the weather strip when the at least one environment sensor is in the retracted position to seal the opening, and a contact surface which is in contact with the weather strip when the at least one environment sensor is in the deployed position to seal the opening.

In the lifting unit, front and rear link members connect the drip member with the movable body and a member urging, in a rising direction, portions of these front and rear link members and on the drip member-connected side.

Abstract: An openable vehicle roof having a solid roof element, a roof opening and roof opening system having a cover element openable by displacement kinematics. The solid roof having a weatherstrip arrangement at its front edge and its lateral edges disposed on either side of a vertical longitudinal center roof plane, the front edge of the cover element abutting a transverse leg of the weatherstrip arrangement when the cover element is in the closed position, and the displacement kinematics having a kinematic unit on either side of the vertical longitudinal center roof plane, each kinematic unit having a raising lever which slides on a respective longitudinal leg of the weatherstrip arrangement when the cover element is being displaced in the longitudinal roof direction. The longitudinal legs of the weatherstrip arrangement are each connected to the transverse leg via a corner piece made of an elastomer blended with a low-friction additive.

Abstract: A locking device for a top of a convertible vehicle is proposed, comprising a locking support (22), a locking hook (28), which can be shifted in a translational and rotational manner so as to be displaced between a release position and a locked position, and a driving mechanism for the locking hook (28), said driving mechanism comprising a driving motor (64) and driving a slide (36) movable on the locking support (22). The slide (36) is connected to a driving section of the locking hook (28) via a pull-link arrangement (46) in such a manner that the locking hook (28) undergoes a pivoting movement when the slide (36) is moved. The locking support (22) has an insert having a guiding track for a guiding element which is arranged on the pull-link arrangement (46) or on the locking hook (28), and the guiding track defines a pivot position of the locking hook (28) with respect to the locking support (22).
