摘要: A pneumatic tire includes: a tread including a tread surface; and a sidewall extending to an inner diameter side in a tire radial direction and formed continuous with an outer end in a tire width direction of the tread. A circumferential groove extending in a tire circumferential direction is formed in the sidewall. The circumferential groove includes a plurality of circumferential groove portions which are arranged at intervals in the tire circumferential direction without overlapping each other in the tire radial direction. Each of the plurality of circumferential groove portions extends obliquely with respect to the tire circumferential direction, and is located in a tire radial direction range which is not less than 4% and not larger than 40%, of a tire sectional height from an outermost diameter end position of the tread surface to the inner diameter side in a side view of the pneumatic tire.

摘要: Provided is a method for producing a tire member that can give a vulcanized rubber high in fatigue resistance. The method includes: (i) mixing carbon black, a dispersing solvent and a rubber latex solution with each other to produce a rubber latex solution including the carbon black; (ii) solidifying the resultant rubber latex solution including the carbon black to produce a rubber solidified product including the carbon black; (iii) adding, to the resultant rubber solidified product including the carbon black, a compound represented by the following formula (I): and dispersing the compound represented by the formula (I) into the rubber solidified product including the carbon black, this product containing water, while dehydrating the rubber solidified product including the carbon black to produce a wet rubber masterbatch; and (iv) adding, to the resultant wet rubber masterbatch, silica and a silane coupling agent, and dry-mixing these substances with each other.

摘要: The present invention has an object to provide a vibration isolation device through which it can be restrained that abnormal sound occurs when the inner pipe relatively displaces against the outer pipe. The stopper portion has the communication passage communicating the space between the inner circumference side of the stopper portion and the inner pipe with outside when the inner pipe relatively displaces against the outer pipe. Thereby, even if volume of the space changes when the inner pipe relatively displaces against the outer pipe, communication of air between the space and outside is secured through the communication passage, therefore it can be restrained that atmospheric pressure within the space changes. Thus, since it can be restrained that the stopper portion closely contacts with the enlarged portion, it can be restrained that abnormal sound occurs when the inner pipe relatively displaces against the outer pipe.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a pneumatic tire including forming a green case by cylindrically winding a tire component member which includes at least one layer of a carcass ply. The green tire is shaped by expanding the green case into a toroidal shape with the supply of a fluid into the green case so that the green case adheres to a tread ring arranged radially outside the green case. The green tire is subjected to vulcanization molding within a mold die. During the shaping of the green tire, the fluid is supplied in accordance with a pressure profile which changes in a stepwise manner. The pressure profile is set such that a former stage pressure which allows the green case to expand to 35% to 40% of a full expansion amount is set lower than a final stage pressure in a final stage.

摘要: A pneumatic radial tire includes a bead filler, a carcass ply, a steel protection layer, and an organic fiber protection layer. A reinforcing rubber sandwiches a wind-up end of the steel protection layer. A relationship of 1≤A/B≤2 is satisfied between a width A from the wind-up end of the steel protection layer to a tire inner surface, and a width B from the wind-up end of the steel protection layer to a tire outer surface. The wind-up end of the carcass ply is covered with a ply cover member. A relationship of 0.8≤D/C≤1.2 is satisfied between a thickness C of a second bead filler positioning between the ply cover member and a first bead filler, and a thickness D of the reinforcing rubber positioning between the ply cover member and the steel protection layer.
