摘要: A camera able to record and reproduce a photographed image includes a storage medium for storing a photographed image, and a reproduction device for reproducing the photographed image. The reproduction device has a reproducing head movable between a contraction position and a withdrawal position. Another camera has a first mode where photography is executed and a photographed image is recorded to a second mode where the recorded image is printed. Another camera has a printer device for printing a photographed image recorded on a recording medium on external reproduction paper, the printer device including an opening portion facing the external reproduction paper, and a presser member positionable above the opening portion for pressing the external reproduction paper.

摘要: A mechanism, for optically adjusting a deviation of image forming position, which is installed in a lens barrel, for example, of a camera. The mechanism includes a first image shake preventing afocal lens and a second image shake preventing afocal lens which are supported by a first lens frame and a second lens frames, respectively. Each frame has a shaft supporting portion generally parallel to an optical axis and a gear input portion, for swinging each frame about the shaft supporting portion, opposed to the shaft supporting portion with respect to the optical axis. The first and second lens frames move in a direction generally perpendicular to each other. Each gear input portion is driven by a driving gear which is directly fixed to an output shaft of a driving motor. The motor is installed in the direction which is parallel to the optical axis.

摘要: A still camera for recording an object image by making use of an electronic signal such as a still video camera is so constructed that a recording medium is positioned nearly in parallel with an optical axis of a taking lens system and also in the lateral direction to the taking lens system. Therefore, the camera body thereof can be formed in a flat shape, and additionally a red-eye phenomenon can be prevented from occurring by arranging a light emitting portion of an electronic flash device and the taking lens system sufficiently apart from each other.

摘要: A camera body includes a housing, an imaging element and a body mount. The body mount is fixed to the housing, and has a portion to which an adapter can be mounted. The body mount is disposed at a position away from the light receiving face of the imaging element by the amount of a flange back. A lens back of an interchangeable lens unit is longer than the flange back. The flange back is shorter than the length obtained by subtracting the adapter length, which is the length of the adapter in the optical axis direction, from the lens back.

摘要: An imaging apparatus includes a hot shoe to which one of a plurality of peripheral devices including an external strobe is selectively attachable. The imaging apparatus further includes a USB controller, a flash controller configured to output a flash control signal for controlling the external strobe, and a video signal controller configured to output a video signal. An apparatus-side connector to be electrically connected to a peripheral-side connector provided in a corresponding one of the peripheral devices upon attachment of the corresponding one of the peripheral devices to the hot shoe is provided in an inner region of the hot shoe or an adjacent region outside the hot shoe. The apparatus-side connector includes a USB terminal, a flash terminal, and a video terminal.
