    摘要: A method for preparing an electrostatic dissipative polymer and a blend of a thermoplastic polymer and the ESD polymer is disclosed. The method for preparing an electrostatic dissipative polymer includes the step of polymerizing the electrostatic dissipative polymer in the presence of a reactive solvent and lithium salt dissolved in the reactive solvent, wherein the amount of the reactive solvent is from 0.1 to 20 weight parts based on 100 weight parts of the produced electrostatic dissipative polymer, the amount of lithium salt is from 0.1 to 5 weight parts based on 100 weight parts of the produced electrostatic dissipative polymer, and the reactive solvent is aliphatic glycol having from 2 to 8 carbon atoms and having a primary alcohol group, or aromatic glycol having from 2 to 10 carbon atoms.

    摘要: Disclosed is an amplitude-scaling resilient audio watermarking apparatus and method. An encoding apparatus includes: a polyphase filterbank for dividing an audio signal into a plurality of subbands; a psychoacoustic module for applying a psychoacoustic model to the audio signal to provide a signal-to-mask ratio; a watermark encoder for evaluating an encoding parameter from the subbands according to the signal-to-mask ratio and embedding the encoding parameter and a watermark into subbands corresponding to the middle frequency; and a synthesis filterbank for synthesizing the subband signals to output a watermarked audio signal. A decoding apparatus includes: a polyphase filterbank for dividing a received audio signal into the predetermined number of subbands; an EM estimator for estimating an scale factor from an encoding parameter contained in the audio signal and a watermarked subband according to an EM algorithm, and generating the quantizer step size Δd of a decoder according to the amplitude-scaling; a watermark decoder for extracting a watermark from a subband corresponding to the middle frequency considering the quantizer step size; and an integrated determiner for integrating outputs of the watermark decoder to determine a watermark.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for controlling the rotation of a turntable, in order to move a disk mounting portion selected among a plurality of disk mounting portions installed on the turntable to a pickup side by a key input signal of a user which includes rotating the turntable by supplying a driving voltage to a turntable driving motor, sensing a rotational velocity of the turntable and the extract output delay time Td of the driving voltage of the motor for stopping the pertinent disk mounting portion at a reproducing position on the basis of the sensed rotation velocity, and cutting off the driving voltage output of the turntable driving motor after confirming the approach of the pertinent disk mounting portion to a reproducing position and confirming the output delay time. Accordingly, the disk mounting portion selected by a user is accurately moved to a request position regardless of the rotational velocity variation or aging of parts due to the load quantity variation of the turntable.
