    Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a compound or a salt thereof constituting lipid particles that can achieve a high nucleic acid encapsulation rate and excellent delivery of nucleic acids, and to provide lipid particles that can achieve a high nucleic acid encapsulation rate and excellent delivery of nucleic acids.
